My changes to this deck are: 

-1 Arcane Missiles, -2 Nightblade
+1 Counterspell, +1 Mirror Entity, +1 Vaporize (this was to counter Priests but I'm thinking of removing it)

I should point out that I'be been playing rank 20 to 13 with this deck and on higher levels secrets are really strong. I don't know how well this works below rank 10.

This is a great deck vs paladin, priest and hunter. mulligan for your one minions and flood the board early. Use your secretkeepers early even if you don't have a secret to buff as it forces bad trades. this deck has to be played very aggressively don't hold onto spells either face face face. I h.ave done from 20 to 13 in less than a day with at least a 60% win rate

It sucks vs paladin. Not enough AoE.

Which card do you think it is a good replacement for Leeroy?

Argent commander or Reckless Rocketeer

Most games I don't even draw it and still win so maybe replace it with another secret or Frost Lich Jaina. Keep in mind that your tech choices can impact your matchups. At least, that's my experience.
