As a player who would like to turn to Wild after the next rotation comes I have a question for more experienced people: does the pirate package in the deck make any sense? Isn't Sir Finnlay strictly better?

Pirate package is better than Finley, because one cheap Pirate can generate multiple bodies, which is your main plan, as a Token deck. You also provide food for Golakka Crawler with Pirates (and you're gonna need the crawlers in the current Wild meta).

With that being said, you can still run a Token Druid with no Pirates, if you do not have Patches the Pirate. Replace with other cheap cards as you see fit in the meta you find.

Also, this specific list is a tournament deck. I am not sure it deploys an optimal setup for current Wild Ladder meta.

thank you for the quick reply :) I do think I am going to craft Patches once I'll start playing Wild, seems too good of a Legendary not to. It's also played in a lot of cheap decks
