I've seen numerous posts claiming to have a meta-breaker. This is not that. What you will find here, however, is a fun deck that is definitely 50%+ win rate and frankly a fun shake-up from the net decks. 

Start Point: The Core

I start here because without Voone, the deck doesn't work. This is a control/value deck, and Voone plays right into that. Voone will fill your hand mid-game giving you the fuel to keep the board and ideally get another copy of a dragon that fits the match.

Warrior always needs armor, and this is your source. War Master Voone allows you to get at least three, and I'm a little ahead of myself, but Dead Man's hand allows potentially more. You won't need insane amounts like with Odd Warrior, but you will need it.

Both for point control and a straight up value pick. For 3 mana you get Execute and a 3/2 body rolled into one. The tempo boost of this thing destroying a big minion like Lich King is huge. 

The Back-up Dancers: I.E. The Other Dragons

 Twilight has direct synergy with War Master Voone helping to grow your hand, plus a solid 4 drop. Crow Roaster is frustratingly frail at 4 health, but the battlecry is worth it. Ysera fits directly in with the value vibe. The combination of Voone and Ysera means you'll likely get a couple of Ysera's meaning you'll get at least 2 dream cards as well. 

The Weapons

Blood Razor synergizes directly with Dragonlancer plus punishes Odd Paladin. There is only one supercollider as you simply can't take the damage 2 would require, but still, helps immensely with hunters, especially hybrid hunter.
