This deck still needs some work.  I am considering taking out the Vulgar Homunculusx2 and replacing them with Deathlordx2, and maybe finding room for Rotten Applebaumx2 and N'Zoth, the Corruptor.

BUT!  On to the mulligans.  Always go for Kobold Librarian, Gnomeferatu, Lesser Amethyst Spellstone.  Defile and Hellfire if you think you will be facing aggro.

Best to save Emperor Thaurissan until you either have Hakkar, the Soulflayer and/or Dark Pact in hand.  You only need a one mana discount for this to work, and you could even save the coin if you have it.  After the corrupted blood is in the deck, use the golden monkey or Hemet, Jungle Hunter to remove it from yours.

Update: Removed all copies of Vulgar Homunculus, Dirty Rat, and Loatheb.  Replaced them with Deathlord x2, Rotten Applebaum x2, and N'Zoth, the Corruptor.  These changes improve the deck significantly.
