Step 1; Discount Mecha'thun and the Skaterbot with Galvanizers.
Step 2; Mecha'thun into Skaterbot to give Mecha'thun rush and use Equality or Dark Conviction to lower Mecha'thuns health.
You need your opponent to have a minion on the board for this OTK to work, but that is no problem in 99% of the games.
Edit
After they nerfed Equality the combo only works with Dark Conviction.

Use Dreampetal Florist or Galvanizer to get discount on your Mecha'thun or use Innervate so you can Naturalize your Mecha'thun in the SAME turn you play him.

You have to wait one turn before you are able to cast equality , so you are putting yourself in situation where mechathun is on the board and you have 1 card in hand - so you are hoping not for mechathun to be - silenced, polymorphed, hexed or destroyed while you have him on board.... I play mechathun druid and its sometimes difficult to get through all of this card draws, survive aggro and in every game where I from various reasons had mechathun on board waiting for next turn so I can nat him, he got destroyed every time so... pally has so many nice archetypes, but I'm afraid that this might not be working well.

In my original post it was missing that the Skaterbot also needs to be discounted (although that should be pretty obvious).
NB
I also play Mecha'thun Druid and Mecha'thun Hunter and in every list Mecha'thun dies in the SAME turn i play him...

The decks works fine. I played many games with it.
