this is a textbook example of how myras unstable element is completing this deck. even when played on turrn 5 it can win you games
I can't stop thinking: Why is there no Gadgetzan Auctioneer in this? Isn't he *the* miracle staple?
Yesterday I crafted Myra and began playing this deck and the pirate-shadowblade one.
First time I tried to reach legend was with miracle rogue so I was aware the weak spots this deck could have. I can tell you that if you think enough your plays you manage to win in high ranks (if you are lucky enough you can deal 20 damage on turn 8). Yesterday I got to rank 3 from rank 5 versus priests and hunters. If you opponent doesn't have the perfect hand playing any kind of hunter deck it is easy enough for you to flood the board with 4/4 spiders. I played 30 matchs (or smth like that) and I can tell that this deck is versatile enough to adapt to any kind of decks (I try to keep myra in the opening hand and sap is good enough to tempo recruit hunters, but your best option here is to win before turn 8). Odd warrior seems to be hard to play against and the best options I had were playing turn 2/3 big minions (giving them coldblood or making a big edwin).
Edit: againsts hunter you can also use academic espionage to outvalue them (last match was a beast hunter who couldn't play around a 1 mana king crush)
Myra+academic seems to work fine for me but always try to think that Myra value increases when you have faldorei ambushes in your deck. It also got me many lethals than I can't believe I was so wrong with this card (thought of myra as a meme but I see it isn't).
This deck needs Zilliax. It's one of the strongest most versatile cards ever printed imo and can really help in those tough games where your low on health. It's also really strong with coldblood. I'd probaly cut a vilespine for it as you never need more then 1 in any given game and zilliax is just better on curve. I ran this miracle list to legend with great success and it's better against hunter imo:
<aside class="infobox p-base p-base-a"> <section class="t-deck-details-card-list class-listing">Rogue Cards (21)
<button class="lock">Lock Card Listing</button>Neutral Cards (9)
This list is surprisingly good in today's meta. Zilliax is incredibly strong in this deck and has saved me/swung many games.
Fun deck, but horrible due RNG vs Constructed Aggro/control in this meta
Really awesome deck here. Still getting used to Miracle Rogue, but we played some games and learned a lot from them. Check it out;
(Games start at 4:28)
Thanks for sharing such an awesome deck!
miracle rogue is better in wild with the auctioneers and counterfeit coins, tomb pillager and stuff. it will still get wrecked climbing ladder though by aggro decks. they are better against slow decks.
I have been playing mine in wild casual as there are hardly any aggro decks there so you always get really good games the one I'm running has the cutlasses and espionage instead of the striders though. can send you if you like)
I think the miracle/tempo hybrid decks are pretty good with unstable element though so this deck might be pretty decent in standard.
Very fun deck to play, but hard to master. I played this at R3 and went 7-9 (44%) with it. Made some minor mistakes, even missed lethal once against a hunter. (Stole animal companion, got huffer and forgot to shadowstep him)
But rogue has a hard counter in hunter imo. And the last 4 games i played were against hunters, so the negative winrate is most likely due to unlucky match-ups on my part and a couple of minor misplays.
The problem is that hunter is such a significant part of the meta, unavoidable.
Good job for the OP going so well with the deck. I can just tell that I would get crushed if I tried to play this right now.
