Scaling up as a win condition, both with Jades and C'thun, seems to be very consistent to me and I indeed had quite some success with this deck. Currently at 54-33.
I cut out Wild Growth since it's just a worse version of Jade Blossom after the Level Up Nerf patch. A little ramp makes a Druid happy, especially when going second so fishing for it in the Mulligan phase is generally a good idea.
You could add Mire Keepers if you want to ramp faster but I see no sense in ramping too quickly since this is more of a steady deck, you don't need to get to C'Thun too fast, the Old One needs to scale up first.
Ultimate Infestation can be a lategame win condition when you shuffle your Jade Idols into your empty deck, drawing them next turn with Ultimate Infestation and then generating a Jade Army. Playing it on curve is way stronger though, so make sure to have only 5 cards in your hand on turn 10 when holding it, which is not always archievable since this is a mana heavy deck.
Even after the nerf, Nourish is still a good card. I would only use it for card draw though unless you want to get to Ultimate Infestation quicker. Card draw for 6 Mana is way more consistent though I feel.
I added Brann Bronzebeard for more Shenanigans with Jade-Generation and God-Buffing. You could replace him with Sylvanas Windrunner though. Playing her on turn 9 into a C'Thun Mirror-Match could make you very happy, especially if you want to play your own C'Thun on curve.
Gave this a try, feeling nostalgic for the Old God. I found it lacking some armor gain and answers to giants and other large minions. Subbed out Nourish and Brann for a Ferocious Howl and Naturalize. So far its helped. I think Brann is a bit slow and "win more" in this deck.
