Looking for some feedback! I am having a surprising amount of success today after pulling my hair out about a losing streak earlier today

Essentially, the conceit of the deck is to get both an Overlord's Whip and Devastate into your hand. You are then free to nuke your deck with Hemet (you have a ton of removal and draw, you'll empty your deck one way or another.) Afterwards, become Dr. Boom and then slam down Mecha'thun, who becomes incredibly helpful as a charging 10/10. Most decks don't have a way to ruin it, but a stray Polymorph or Hex makes me very sad.

Assuming your Mecha'thun has died, even if silenced, you are then free to empty out your hand until you have Da Undatakah and a Devastate left. With your previously equipped Ovelrord's Whip, simply play Da Undatakah, kill him with Devastate and that's that.

My main area of contention is Weapon's Project. It is super strong early and is a cool tech card to mess up your opponent *but it has tough negative synergy with a core part of this deck. Do I swap it out with an Ooze of some sort do you think? If so, that means I have another minion to somehow clear off the board before Mecha'thun / Da Undatakah can trigger, of course.
