Hi everyone!
I made this deck thinking about how many fun games I could do with Hakkar. Upvote if you want to know more about deck strategies. If you make a video or record a stream, remember to give the credits and let me know by PM so I can add here too. Hope you like it :)
[GREAT UPDATE]
Thanks for all the comments. Many thanks for all the suggestions. I'm releasing the second version of the deck with some major changes.

Mulligan
Deck is control, so always start with cards that can stop aggro deck. Holy Smite and Shadow Word: Pain. Shadow Visions can help you can help you get copies of these spells.
If you are a slower opponent you can opt for Spirit of the Dead with Dead Ringer. An excellent combo when you have a weaker opponent minion. But save an Dead Ringer for later. Youre gonna need it!
Tips to play
The deck works like this: you put too much minion on your deck while your opponent buys more Corrupted Blood than you do.
Always use Lesser Diamond Spellstone at maximum power. Relieving minions like Spirit of the Dead and Obsidian Statue can help a lot.
If possible leave the Coffin Crasher for when you have only the Hakkar, the Soulflayer in hand. But do not worry too much about it because you can relive it with Twilight's Call or Lesser Diamond Spellstone.
You can use Spirit Lash and Mass Hysteria to clear the field when your opponent is aggressive and you have minions on your side. Psychic Scream is more effective against minions with buffs.
Do not forget to take advantage of Lyra the Sunshard to create new cards that can help you control the game. You do not need much luck when you have many cards that can help you. Gilded Gargoyle. Gilded Gargoyle is an excellent letter at this time. Use The Coin with Lyra the Sunshard and optionally Radiant Elemental to best advantage.
If you follow the tips correctly you can get some good matches with your opponent by buying 5 or 6 Corrupted Blood in a row.
Why I did not use Hemet, Jungle Hunter: Because the deck is based on relieving lackeys and especially Hakkar, the Soulflayer, chances are you will not be able to use it at the right time. In every game I tested the opponent ended up not buying enough cards and I was fatigued. With the Spirit of the Dead, I can get several minions back on the deck and revive them again while keeping track of the field. Cards like Obsidian Statue are excellent options for defense with some degree of difficulty to get rid several times.
Why I did not use Zerek's Cloning Gallery: The idea is to have the chance to use several cards to control the game and with Lyra the Sunshard, 2x Radiant Elemental and The Coin it is possible to use as many spells at a lower cost. But I can probably include Zerek's Cloning Gallery in a more expensive version.
Win condition
To help some players who try to play hoping to win with Hakkar, the Soulflayer. Hakkar is one of the ways to win but is not the only one. We have Shadowreaper Anduin and Lyra the Sunshard with Radiant Elemental that do great damage to the opponent. With Lesser Diamond Spellstone you can revive and Spirit of the Dead gives you copies of other cards on your deck.
A win condidion with Hakkar, the Soulflayer is based on the current decks that buy many cards for some specific combo. It works very well in these cases because they themselves reach death.
Card Replacements
It is important to keep the cost cards low on the deck. But some options I have tested as well.
One option to Psychic Scream is another Mass Hysteria. You can also try Carnivorous Cube instead of Psychic Scream or Spirit Lash to cast on Hakkar, the Soulflayer or Obsidian Statue (for a more defensive game).
If you play more accurately and do not want to risk so much with Lyra the Sunshard you can choose:
2x Gilded Gargoyle for Zilliax and Da Undatakah
Lyra the Sunshard for Awaken the Makers
But the deck can become a bit more expensive than planned and in this case you will play only for a win condition. I do not recommend switching this way but I believe that Awaken the Makers in place of Gilded Gargoyle may be a better option.

FAQ
Q: Why not use Hemet, Jungle Hunter?
A: Hemet, Jungle Hunter could only be played once. You should be able to relive the Hakkar several times and that would not help. Another reason I'll put in Tips to Play.
Q: Why not use Zerek's Cloning Gallery?
A: Good question. But the simple answer: high cost of mana. The deck should be able to play multiple cards per turn ... (continued on Tips to Play).
Q: Zilliax or Da Undatakah?
A: I believe this deck should be as cheap as possible. Another more expensive version of the deck will be Card Replacements
Great Deck, good work!
I would only swap one Pain for a Death, otherwise you get screwed by Even-Lock.
So it was okay until you changed it, now you downvote because you started losing after your changes?
..makes sense
Lol - So just had a pretty fun game with this, but all around Lyra so pretty old school.

This deck is very fun to play, but it is also surprisingly good enough to play on ladder. I expected to lose a few stars and pull off some funny hakkar moments, but I have actually gained 2 stars over 10 games. It might not seem like much, but that is 60% which is pretty good, especially for a fun deck.
Played with this deck for a few hours. here are changes that I made for myself:
-1 Gilded Gargoyle / +1 Awaken the Makers - I have this card, so why not? it's a great card, allows you to survive late game when you and your opponent start drawing lots of Corrupted Blood.
-2 Holy Smite / +2 Seance - good card, but often just useless. And Seance is a great card: 3x Amara, Warden of Hope in one match? When I did it 5 times, opponent just conceded. And it's a spell that works with Lyra the Sunshard and Lesser Diamond Spellstone. Sometimes you need to use it on Hakkar, the Soulflayer, to avoid Hex or Polymorph, if you can't kill him on the same turn. Best combo that I pulled off with it, are copying Celestial Emissary against an aggro mage and healing back to full health with spirit lash.
-1 Shadow Word: Pain / +1 Shadow Word: Death - I think that one Pain is enough for early game, and trade one Pain for one Death seems fine. In the late game, you often don't need that many, you have another tools/removals. And sometimes Death useful, to kill your own Hakkar or Coffin Crusher and avoid Polymorph, Sap, Psychic Scream, Freezing Trap or similar cards.
-1 Gilded Gargoyle / +1 Zilliax (or +1 Shadow Essence or +1 Rotten Applebaum) - I just don't like Gilded Gargoyle, I think it's a weak card, and bunch of coins often just useless, if you draw poorly, and all good minions at the bottom of your deck, while you need to put something on a table. Shadow Essence is not an ideal card for this deck, but it brings a minion from your deck (it doesn't draw and thining your deck), sometimes you can start a chain of draws if it's a Dead Ringer. Not the best choice, I think Zilliax are the better choice, It's just cheaper replacement.
How did the deck do? Are your changes good?
Thanks for your comment. I'll put your improvements to the test.
I can't say that all changes were good. Deck became slower, and sometimes it's harder to win against aggro.
I tried Spiritsinger Umbra, and many other cards. On all versions (a had at least 8, with 5-10 matches on each) of this deck i got ~50% winrate. If you looking for a strong deck to climb ladder - i wouldnt recomend this deck. But it's fun, and can win against many decks, if you are lucky with a draw.
Agreed on this.
On more than one occasion, I found myself wishing I had Shadow Word: Death instead of Smite. Spirit Lash doesn't seem to do enough in this meta without adding a copy of Bloodmage Thalnos.
I'm not sure what to cut to make room for it though. Still getting a feel for what more consistently are tech cards (e.g., sometimes Mass Hysteria simply doesn't do the trick) and are optional to make switches.
Bloodmage Thalnos are a bad choice for this deck. You often resurrect it and draw a lot of cards, and it's the best way to lose a game. Coz not only your opponent draws Corrupted Blood, you also draw it. And if you unlucky, you can draw it faster than your opponent. In this deck, you need spells that generate good cards, not draw them, like Seance.
I think this deck ends up with cards that are dead far too often.
Thanks for the deck list!
When a new expansion drops, I like to find a neat Priest deck to play for most of the expansion. I tried yours, and it's a blast! It's going to be my go-to when I want to play a few Priest games. :)
Amazing! Thank you!
imho: If you don´t own the cards and want to play on ladder .. dont craft them !
Is the Obsidian Statue replaceable? Maybe with Lich King?
I think not. Deathrattle mechanics are essential for you to multiply. Something cheaper like Rotten Applebaum can work. The idea is to defend, recover life and reduce the opponent's field.
Thank you very much!
Just for clarification, in fatigue Corrupted blood does 2x the damage it did the last turn when your opponent draws correct?
Needless to say its absolute garbage of a deck.
I saw Zetalot in action with this deck, it's good, but games are often ResidentSleeper , FeelsBadMan.
