Rastakhan Dragon Warrior

Cards
Shield Slam is a standard control warrior card that goes well with Emberscale Drake and Shield Block.

Dragon Roar provides nice value and makes it so you should always be holding a dragon.
You may want to keep this in your starting hand to have something to do on turn 2, which in turn might give you an early game dragon as well as satisfying the "... holding a dragon"-condition.

Warpath, Acolyte of Pain and Shield Block are pretty standard for a control warrior.

Smolderthorn Lancer replaces Execute in this deck. Its small body shouldn't be underestimated.

Stonehill Defender solid value card.

Blood Razor is an exceptional card not only against aggro decks, but also as an activator for both Acolyte of Pain and Smolderthorn Lancer.

Scaleworm is a card I'm thinking of removing, as I am not sure it has a place in a control deck. For now it stays, as it can trade with most 3-cost minions and survive, giving you a small amount of tempo.

War Master Voone for extra value against control decks or for copying anti-aggro cards like Dragonmaw Scorcher, Emberscale Drake or Primordial Drake.

Brawlis a solid board clear.

Dragonmaw Scorcher serves as an anti-aggro tool and an activator.

Emberscale Drake is a solid 5 drop with an extra 5 armor slapped on top. Great in this deck as it has the dragon tag and gives a decent amount of armor.

Bone Drake may be too slow and week in an aggressive meta, but against control decks it should perform decently. So depending on meta, might have to remove or add an extra.

The Black Knight is great against magnetic monsters with taunt and may be crucial against e.g. Big Beast Taunt Druid - a deck that may see play. If the strong decks don't contain tough taunt minions, this card is free to go.

Crowd Roaster might have to go if aggro is very prevalent, as it serves as large threat removal and the 4 health won't do it much good against many small minions. Since the deck contains 2 x Shield Slam and 2 x Smolderthorn Lancer, I'd consider removing this. But since it's a new card, it deserves a chance to prove itself on the battlefield.

Scourgelord Garrosh gives great board control and also allows for easier activation of Smolderthorn Lancer and Acolyte of Pain. If you make it to turn 8 against an aggro deck, this card demolishes their board.

Primordial Drake: sick card against aggro, solid against control.

Alexstrasza can save you or threaten a slow control deck.

Ysera, although very slow, is great in heavy control matchups, where it provides great value and burst potential.

Thoughts
May need to add more burst now that Alextrasza is included. Grommash Hellscream perhaps, paired with Ysera's dream cards?

Eternium Rover might be a good addition if the meta is extremely aggressive.

Other considerations:
Baron Geddon
Gorehowl (+ Ebon Dragonsmith)
Wyrmguard
Direhorn Hatchling
Tinkmaster Overspark for a polymorph effect / A Silence card
