Hearthpwn

This deck is built to go no stop with dead man's hand and get you man rush minion which in turn constantly buff itself. You will mulligan for you low drops and draw spell. If you get a spirit in opening hand you make sure you keep one alive in hand so that you can dead mans hand it back into your deck. Also this will greatly impact your doctor boom minions when they hit the board. You will try to dead man's Oodasta and Akali, the Rhino. These minions will greatly impact the board and the buff from Akalia will have a dramatic impact on how the game ends.

Shield Slam - Kill anything
Battle Rage - Draw engine
Dead Man's Hand - infinite everything (Keep in mulligan or open hand is optional)
Slam - Draw engine (Keep in mulligan or opening hand)
Town Crier - Keep in hand
Shield Block - Keep for draw and armor 
Rabid Worgen - Can keep if now draw is in hand

Anything else that was not mentioned in the mulligan is entirely your choice. But those are what you aim for in all opening hand. Some matches its best if you avoid dead mans hand and go for minions and heavy draw.
