I suppose in this particular list, you probably wouldn't want to play Surrender on 3? That makes turn 5 (Surrender on 4+) the earliest possible turn where you can start dropping overstatted minions. By that point, if you're not already swarming with threats, it's a pretty good chance you've already lost, because most anything you play can easily be removed by any class.

Now add the fact that you have no Shadow Visions for an early Surrender, no other 2-cost cards, and no way to add more minions to your deck (to benefit from the buff), and... suddenly this is looking like a pipe dream, especially in a meta that seems to have a heavy focus on tempo.

Perhaps the best way to tackle the drawback that Surrender provides is to think of every other card costing +1 to +3 Mana, and then attempting to apply that thought into a more tempo-based mindset? Happy Ghoul is a good fit. More cards that cheat mana costs could be the way to go (Radiant Elemental, Corridor Creeper, Spirit of the Dead possibly with Bwonsamdi, the Dead etc)

Just my two cents, take it or leave it. I really want these Surrender decks to work, but it's a tough issue to solve.

u will run out of resources turn 3 and if u dont have surrender to madness u will draw nothing but garbage

This can deffinatley work, however this deck wont work without shadow visions x2 also is zola to copy mojo? Or just to copy keleseth?

There could be better choice of minions though i feel..

i'm not sure about Zola and the lack of card draws
