This deck is budget in that the only Legendary card is Edwin VanCleef and there are no Epic cards in this deck.  Also, this deck is made up of strictly Classic, Witchwood and Boomsday cards in case you're not wanting to invest in cards that will be rotating out of Standard soon. So no Firefly...

This deck flat-out abuses Shadowstep with Edwin VanCleef, Blink Fox, Ravencaller, SI:7 Agent, Spellbreaker, Crazed Chemist, Cursed Castaway and Mind Control Tech (personal fav right now) as value targets. It does lack a turn one play.

Ravencaller is used to generate combo leader cards and additional targets for Cold Blood and Crazed Chemist.
