Hello!
Here we go again!
I took this deck to legend on day 1 in the november season. It is similar to a deck I posted earlier (buff maly druid), but since the nerfs targeted Giggling, I had to make som changes.
The deck feels smooth and very, very strong. After many games I have come to an realization that the deck primarly win condition is to build a big board. The maly combo is a secundary win condition, which you opponent won't expect since you are playing cards that are usually seen in a token druid.
I had some recording issues, but I will try to get out a gameplay video!
Enjoy :)

Strategy guide
Since the mulligan is mainly based on the strategy, i choose to describe the game strategy first.
This deck is a lot harder to handle than the regular malygos deck, it is not as linear as the standard list. So first of all you will need some practice before managing this deck close to optimally.
Basicly you want to push a lot of damage with your minions. Most of the time you just win the board by making a huge board of buffed taunts. However, sometimes the malygos burst damage is needed to finish of your opponents.
Against aggro you really don't have to be greedy with your malygos otk combo pieces. You often will have to use swipe as removal to stabilize and get some plague value or combine strongshell and Chain gangs. Basicly it is all about claiming the board to avoid your opponent to rush you down.
Against control decks it is general all about trying to push minion damage to face. If that meens that you have to use swipe and moonfire for removal, so be it. The only clear execption is when facing baku warrior, then you usually want to get the full malygos combo in face. But you need to read the game situation as it develops. Against shudderwock Shaman, you will usually win by just playing for the malygos otk combo. So in that particular match up malygos OTK is you primary win condition.
One of the decks strongest combination, if not the strongest, is plague + strongshell and possibly some tyrants as well. This give you the possibility to swing the board in your favour. Also plague + MCT + strongshell is a huge swing turn.
To sum it up: Don't be to greedy regarding the malygos otk. Play it out like a tempo deck and try to snowball by buffing the board and sticking minions on board to push face damage.
Mulligan guide
Usually you want to look for ramp. But against aggro and hunters, I think MCT is OK to keep in hand. Against odd paladin you really need to look for is swipes and plagues.
Against control decks, usually keeping ramp cards is good. However, it's not possible to give a universal guide regarding which card to keep. Try to look for synergies and ramp cards, then you should do fine :)
Flexible spots
Many like to play Twig in Druid decks. In this deck, Twig is for sure a reasonable card to add. If you like to add twig, it can be changed for Power of the wild :)
Please tell me you DO realize its not the deck that is the problem, its your low skill. You are rank 17? You can make to rank5 with almost ANY deck. People hit top1000 legend with f2p decks. You are just bad, realize it and delete this game.
meh
Upvoted for nice deck! Had a huge success with this deck, climbed from 9 to 5 with 79% WR (15-4).
Well, what do you know. I was scrolling through HearthPwn for another deck and who do I find? Mr. #2 legend last season. Definitely giving this deck a go. Happy to have you on my friends list. :)
Thanks Dude, happy to have you on my friends list as well :)
Well Met! I created a video showcasing this deck. I hope that you will enjoy it and learn something new. Thanks and cheers!
What do you think of swapping Hadronox with MCT??
Personally I don't think that is a good swap. I really don't think Hadronox is needed in the deck. But then again, I have not tried it with Hadronox, so it might just work out. Who knows :)
I did not have much success with it, lost 4 out of 4. But this was mostly thanks to my opponents being lucky as hell. A Rogue played a fully buffed Corpsetaker (including Windfury) on 4. I can't kill it or stop it, he has 2x Cold Blood on hand, game is over. The next Rogue plays Hench-Clan Thug on 3, I can't kill it, and by Turn 6 he has lethal with Leeroy+Cold Blood. The next opponent is an Odd Paladin who draws Void Ripper right after I play Spreading Plague, and the very next turn, he draws Vinecleaver for perfect lethal. The last game was a Taunt Druid, where I did not even bother. Honestly, at that point I already had enough.
Just in case I ever play this game again: If the target is a big board with a couple taunts in there, how about Wispering Woods and Crypt Lord? I honestly can't see much of a point in Tar Creeper aside from being slightly better against Zoo. I also wonder if 2x Strongshell Scavenger is necessary. The 10 mana combo with plague can be gamewinning, but outside of it, you can rarely even keep a taunt alive. Crypt Lord might have a better chance to stick around, and with Woods, it can become huge. And of course, Woods profits greatly from Branching Paths and Power of the Wild.
Since you have been so successful with it, I wanted to know if this was truly the best version and why.
Hey, sad to hear that you have been unlycky when trying out the deck. I really like the list I posted here, but I have to admit that the list might be even stronger by substitute the Power of the wild with Twig - just to make the malygos combo hit more often, as well as habing some huge swing turn for 20 mana.
I am at this moment testing the deck with Twig instead of Power of the wild, and it has been doing great for me in top 20 Legend. And as it is said in the description, POTW is a flex spot where Twig is a reasonable substitute.
To sum it up, both of the decks are very strong, but maybe the version with Twig is slightly better. Not sure, it also depends on how your playstile is when playing Maly Druid. But as I said in the description, this deck is very hard to play close to optimally, so you need a lot more than only 4 games to learn how to play it out. Getting greedy with the Strongshell is for example a natural mistake when not knowing the deck well enough.
the deck! Very fun to play ,also u can win ether with malyg or taunts
This deck is sick! I really like the fact that you can pump out a ton of damage for cheap in two different ways depending on if you draw either floop or the florist! The deck has its place on the ladder AND also happens to be quite fresh and fun to play!
I made a video Showcasing the deck, I really hope you guys enjoy :D -Rumble HYPE!!
In many ways. You got a lot of minions that can be buffed and push damage to face :)
.
Best comment!
Well, Floop is very strong in this deck, very strong. But it can possible work without floop, but the deck will be noticeable weaker.
You should probably craft floop if you feel like playing druid any time in the foreseeable future, and while without floop its not unplayable, floop is one of the strongest cards. because of its flexibility.
