Mulligan: 

always keep: Tracking, Mecharoo

vs aggro: Zilliax (only when you have good mana curve)

vs control: Deathstalker Rexxar, Stitched Tracker

vs warlock: Spider Bomb (to deal with mountain gaint)

when you have coin: Whirliglider, Bomb Toss, Venomizer

when you have a 2-drop that spawns  Goblin Bomb : Venomizer or Fireworks Tech

Card Replacements:

Deathstalker Rexxar -> Savannah Highmane (solid 6-drop with great deathrattle)

Boommaster Flark -> Savannah Highmane

Necromechanic -> Cybertech Chip (different way to get value in late game)

Zola the Gorgon -> Harvest Golem (not even close in terms of value but it provides more tempo)

Zilliax -> Defender of Argus (different way to protect yourself)

Cards that might be included:

Cybertech Chip - it's more of a meme card but can give you more steam in late game.

Unleash the Hounds - helps against aggro decks, zoolocks, odd paladins

Flanking Strike - solid removal + also 3/3 as a bonus

Houndmaster Shaw - hard to kill and also can help in board control

Void Ripper - cheap way to trigger Goblin Bomb

Mossy Horror - deal with Spreading Plague and also trigger Goblin Bomb

Key cards explanation:

Tracking - helps in getting important cards like Deathstalker Rexxar against control decks or Zilliax against aggro etc.

Stitched Tracker - one of few ways to draw cards and also it helps in mech synergy because we can get more 'good' mechs

Necromechanic - different way to win a game. With a set up this can deal a lot of damage to opponent but first you should play Boommaster Flark or have few Goblin Bomb on board.

Deathstalker Rexxar - sick amount of value and almost an auto win against control decks. 

Boommaster Flark - 4x Goblin Bomb = sweet explosion

Zola the Gorgon - improves synergy with mechs 

Missile Launcher + Venomizer - destroy the whole board (remember to megnetize them!)
