This is not something fresh for even paladin, just my own version that I'd like to share with others interested in this archetype.

Apparently this deck does really well on ladder right now, it has a lot of good match ups and a few bad ones but even those are winnable, you lose to bad draw unlike other decks that have impossible match ups *cough* control getting wiped by combo decks with 0 interactivity *cough*.

The bad match ups are heavy control decks like Odd Warrior, Big Spell Mage and a few other decks like Even/Shudderwock Shaman and Control Priest. That's pretty much all.

The reason I like this deck so much is because it has good winrate against most meta decks, namely: Deathrattle hunter (the deck I hate the most), Odd Rogue, Clone/Resurrect Priest, Even/Zoo Warlock, Odd Paladin (this one is 50-50 actually, the draw will decide who wins) and every druid deck (what could you want more?).

Mulligan guide

  • Against control, combo, midrange

Always mulligan for Corpsetaker, if you have the coin you can keep Blessing of Kings if you already have Corpsetaker

  • Against aggro

You will need your early game minions, mulligan for Argent Protector, Hydrologist, Acidic Swamp Ooze if you play against odd rogue, Wild Pyromancer is good if you have the coin and Hydrologist for 2 damage AoE (coin+secret).

Also mulligan for Truesilver Champion especially against zoo and odd rogue and Consecration against odd paladin.

Underrated cards

The following cards are not included in the most popular lists but I think they are amazing:

  • Argent Protector is my favorite card in this deck. You can give a Silver Hand Recruit divine shield, if your opponent ignores it you can buff it with Blessing of Kings on turn 4 and start trading. This way you can easily deal with hunter's Devilsaur after you pop the egg or they trigger its deathrattle.
  • Argent Commander just because sometimes your opponent clears the board and this card lets you push face damage immediately, divine shield protects him against board clears and if the Val'anyr buff lands on him you have an 8/4 with charge and divine shield. It's also good to trade minions against aggro decks, mostly odd rogue and zoolock because their plan is to play 2-3 minions and buff them.

Card replacements

Argent Protector -> Amani Berserker for those who like a more aggressive opening.

Spellbreaker -> The Glass Knight silence is ok but not mandatory in this deck, The Glass Knight is a sticky minion, can trade more because of its effect and also helps Corpsetaker with the divine shield.

Crystalsmith Kangor -> Vicious Scalehide or Chillblade Champion .

Argent Commander -> Dinosize, Bonemare, Tirion Fordring or 2nd Avenging Wrath.

If you want to replace Crystalsmith Kangor and Argent Commander, remember that you will need at least 1 card with lifesteal and 1 with divine shield in order to keep Corpsetaker strong.

I had a lot of fun with this deck and I hope more people will have too.
