Since the murder of giggling inventor, control/combo decks took a hit. The solution, do your combo faster!!
This deck is made so that if you draw with Elven Minstrel and have all your minions in your deck, you have a 2 in 3 chance to draw your second man from gilneas (Elven Minstrel) or your whole combo. If you already drew at least one of your minions, you have a 100% chance to draw your whole combo or to draw your Elven Minstrel.
All you need then is Razorpetal Volley and your combo is ready!!
Combo 1(against aggro or midrange):
Needed : Only Malygos and Kobold Illusionist minions in hand. A 1 durability Necrium Blade. All the 1 or 2 mana spells you can draw (Razorpetal (from Razorpetal Volley), Sinister Strike, Eviscerate, Shiv(not optimal)).
To Do: Play Kobold Illusionist, attack with weapon, use (Backstab, Razorpetal or Cheap Shot) on your Kobold Illusionist, burn all your spells on the enemy face.
Combo 2 (against control or combo that gain all that pesky armor):
Needed : same as combo 1 plus Backstab, Preparation and Necrium Vial.
To Do : Play Kobold Illusionist, play Preparation Necrium Vial, then the same as combo 1.
Mulligan guide:
Always : Keep: Sap, Eviscerate, Elven Minstrel, Razorpetal Volley, Sudden Betrayal or any card draw.
If you have a Elven Minstrel in hand, you can keep Preparation or Backstab
Don't keep: Any minion except Elven Minstrel, Necrium Blade (drawing it with Cavern Shinyfinder) or Preparation.
Against aggro/mid: Fan of Knives, Vanish and Backstab (Eviscerate is important against odd rogue to kill that Hench-Clan Thug)
Against control/combo (druids in general): Cheap Shot, Necrium Blade and if you're risky : Necrium Vial

Kiwiinbacon made a great deck showcase, here's the video :
Jeleniowatyy also showed what the deck could do :
You're right about Roll the Bones being bad an could be easily replaced by Evasion. The only problem is I don't own the card yet and don't have enough dust to craft it xD. I use Roll the Bones because it's a draw one and rarely draw two. Sprint could be another option but you almost always burn card's by using it because your hand is almost always clogged up by combo pieces.
I really like this deck and I play this deck in wild so I use a few different cards from your list however, I found the second Razorpetal Volley clogs up my hand so I only use one.
What our your thoughts on Sudden Betrayal vs Evasion?
How has Cheap Shot been performing in your games? It seems that card would be hard to use and would slow you down from being able to build up to the combo.
I use Sudden Betrayal because I don't have enough dust to craft Evasion ;P . Also it can be used to clear two minions if used at the right time.
Cheap Shot is mostly used as a board control tool vs control because it's too slow against aggro (you were right on that one).
Finally the second Razorpetal Volley is there to increase your chance of drawing it. It's really important because it's two 1 cost spells in one draw, unlike Sinister Strike.
Thank you for your reply and for sharing your list and strategy for using the deck.
Sudden Betrayal is insane, much more useful than Evasion most of the times.
In my build i run 2x Sudden Betrayal 1x Evasion 1x Cheap Shot and 1x WANTED! tho.
But what makes the difference the most in my games is Valeera the Hollow
I can understand WANTED!, but I found that Valeera the Hollow was too slow for the deck. Plus, if you play the Kobold Illusionist after valeera, there's alway's that 50/50 gamble that the combo doesn't work. If it weren't for that, I would recommend to add it to your deck. (I don't have it though)
after you play kobold and eventually attack with the blade you have to play any spell: backstab, coin, prep, razorpetal, volley, shiv, vial etc... so the valeera's card will refresh and you'll be sure to get your favorite dragon on the battlefield.
Valeera is so good in this deck, she will allow you playing double shiv/roll the bones/fan of knives looking for that damn missing piece of the combo, double eviscerate to kill something really annoying or simply taking you opponent life at 22 so that you just need only a one damage spell to win.
What i found not helpful is the second blade and maybe sinister strike. Anyway i hope that with the new set we will have nice cards for this awesome deck.
What's your mulligan strategy?
I've been working on a deck like this but i give up. Don't you think that it is too slow. I will try your deck but i think you should record a gameplay video for this deck. Thx for the deck btw.
I just won a match with 1 health. The deck is hard, really hard but that was one of the best and most enjoyful plays. I had just 1 health and opponent had 28. That was really good bro!
Nothing unique about this deck
No, it might not be unique, but it's mostly to show the version I play and how to use it. If you have any real constructive comments, leave them below.
