seems fun
i was curious enough to try out your list here, but immediately found some glaringly obvious problems with it. Academic espionage is only good for late game to pull tempo 1-cost cards and spells to overrun your opponent, but until you can get that 4 mana card played, and a large draw combo into hand with the mana to pull it off, you do very little on the board. Kingsbane strategy involves nearly the exact same strategy, but does so following a draw of the weapon into several turns of buffing the weapon in order to start tearing down an enemy's strategy of killing you, but it absolutely needs to be buffed fast to survive doing nothing for several turns, biggest point is needing lifesteal on weapon.
so this list dilutes both strategies by trying to do both, and cuts key cards to assist either strategy on top of that. if you academic early, you destroy your chances of drawing into draw, and drawing into your weapon and its buffs. if you have kingsbane early, you are drawing espionage and gadgets and elekks instead of leeching poison and deadly.
And there's no taunts to supplement. So idk man, ur trying to meme in 4 different directions here with no hope to arrive at a destination that doesn't involve killing yourself with a full hand of garbage :)
This makes sense.
That's just me and my passion with kingsbane, i just like the idea of the card, so i tried to incorporate it with the Espionage, i have neither of them, so i can't really test this or some other decklists to have a feel for how the card works, this is more of a hobby thing.
