Many of the Lich King's effects are unfair. Shaman's downside makes it a pain to play, paladin's makes playing a value game difficult, priest is pretty much unplayable without being able to bm, but Rogue was lucky to get one that basically isn't a downside at all.

Having no spells seems like a bad thing at first, many of rogue's strongest cards are spells. However, with Boomsday bringing the bunny, recruiter and Elekk, it is now possible to build our own deck in the middle of the battle.

The Game Plan

Since he destroys spells regardless of where they are, always hard mulligan any spells. If you can get minions, good. Otherwise, kinda not good, but it shouldn't matter. The next step is to either go big with bunnies or go wide with spiders. Bunnies I find are easier and applies more of a clock, but spiders are also suitable for just controlling the board. To commit to either of these, have an elekk on three, which isn't hard considering your deck now consists of at least 5 minions, possibly more if you had any in your starting hand. On turn 4, since he probably won't kill the Elekk, either slam a strider or a bunny followed by a recruiter. Elven Minstrel helps apply a lot of pressure by making your bunny counter go up faster. Once he pulls out frostmourne, simply drop the mossy horror and proceed to rampage over him with an army of spiders or bunnies.

I used this list a while ago to clear rogue and  only really got around to post it. It's pretty fun and abuses the hell out of the supposed 'downside'. Have fun with it!
