Mulligan:

always keep: Acidic Swamp Ooze (only against weapon classes), 

vs aggro: Defile, Hellfire, Lesser Amethyst Spellstone, Plated Beetle

vs control: Twilight Drake, Mountain Giant

when you have good mana curve: Skulking Geist (specially against Druids and Hunter because they have a lot of 1 mana spells)

Card Replacements:

Bloodreaver Gul'dan - there isn't any good replacement but you can include any high value card 

The Lich King - Bonemare (big minion that can provide taunt)

Cards that might be included:

Plated Beetle or Sunfury Protector -> Gnomferatu (small chance that you will destroy opponents key card)

Shadowflame - surprise opponent with AoE spell.

Rin, the First Disciple - helpful against control decks

Argent Commander - trade into sth right away 

The Black Knight - counter The Lich King or any other taunt minion

Deck Introduction:

The idea behind this this deck is to control the board state with AoE spells like Defile and Hellfire but also have option to develop big threats (Twilight Drake and Mountain Giant). We use our cheaper hero power to get advantage over opponent and get synergies from having a lot of cards in hand. Healing and armor are super important because usually we will be behind on board. Tech cards will help against meta decks and cards. Mossy Horror counters Giggling Inventor and small minions (zoo warlock, odd paladin). Skulking Geist is great against druids and hunters. To win late game play Bloodreaver Gul'dan.
