This deck is literally insane in this meta. Does fantastic vs other druids, hunters and all kind of control/combo decks. Stands its ground against odd rogues and even shamans, suffers vs zoo and odd paladin and other hyper aggressive decks.
Top 100 playing exclusively with this deck all season:
This deck is autopilot basically so there's not much room for guides, some things to consider is that in most match ups holding recruiters after you complete the quest might be useful cause you might need Gloop Sprayer/Ixlid to duplicate Tyrantus(mostly vs druid, warlock and warriors) Hadronox, Lich king, or sometimes taunts to control aggression, and you don't want to recruit them randomly if the game will depend on who outvalues who.
Most games you can just spam the board and pull your entire deck before the opponent realizes and that's the fun part of it.
Mulligan for ramp, Oaken summons and vs aggro keep Jasper. You might keep Nourish vs control as a turn 5 nourish turn 8 Grizzled bear almost completes the quest.
Most games you don't need to ramp with nourish, it's better to have just enough mana to complete the quest and then draw with it instead. You don't need a 9MP barnabus with 0 card draw in hand, it's preferable a 7MP barnabus with a nourish in hand, taunts will stabilize.

Really well played by iShrubery, made very little mistakes in my opinion.

EDIT:
After watching quite a lot of people playing this deck I have to address some common mistakes I see:
Your goal is to finish the quest ASAP. You should not look for major board control or using nourish to ramp, finish the quest and you'll stabilize and not need mana at all. If you don't finish the quest by turn 8 in average you're not using this deck properly. Another mistake a lot of people make is drawing before completing the quest. Unless you have absolutely no plays incoming that could help you completing the quest, drawing before Barnabus is a mistake. And if you really have to draw, do the minimum. Don't use 2 branching paths card draws if you get an oaken summons on the first draw. Drawing a Malygos or a duplicator will make your life harder.
Another mistake people make is not tempoing Steel ragers properly. You have a charge 5-1 that can help you remove early threats, don't use Oaken summons if you have a Cursed Disciple in hand unless you can benefit of the Steel rager. Also, when you pull from your deck you're reducing the chances of drawing a quest completer next turn, so always use first the one in hand unless you really need Steel Rager.
Control the recruiters. This is probably the hardest part to pilot in this deck and where I see the most mistakes. In games vs aggro decks it's not so relevant, but in some games duplicating the key cards is vital. Also have control over what minions you have left. Using Oaken summons when your last minion is Ixlid can do major plays. Knowing when to duplicate and what to duplicate is also another point to master in this deck. Don't over commit unless you're really safe to do it.
would the charged devilsaur work as a Tyrantus replacement. Seems like it would be good with Gloopsprayer.
perhaps it would suffer a bit more against druid but could work, maybe ixlid would be weaker than a second gloop sprayer in that case too,
Mostly against decks that are easily outvalued without needing Ixlid, thinking hunters mages and warlocks for instance, I would probably save it for a tyrantus/hadronox against druid, priest and odd warrior. It also depends on board control, dropping it on an empty board or making the enemy trade 2 minions for it sometimes is worth it.
I'm intrigued so i'm going to craft the quest and Tyrantus and see how it goes. I'm currently stuck around rank 14 so If I don't make any progress i'll be sending Tyrantus after you! Lol.
If you are on EU add me and ill give you a few pointers watching your match :)

It's what I experienced in my first 33 games with this deck and that's what's being advertised, it took me from rank 5 to 1 with 27 wins and 6 loses only and i'm not a pro player by any means, I don't like the 80% win with 5 games played or rank 17 games bullshit either, but we're talking about 33 games here on the road to legend.
Now at legend I'm sitting at 6 games played - 6 wins. I can post a list of all the replays for the skeptics.
I have literally a 90% win vs hunters. I think you should try the deck.
Maybe you're bad at piloting it, or you're just real unlucky.
Dead deck vs aggro
my last game:

Not with spell stone and Oaken summons
Got really unlucky with my first two games, tempo mage and then some sort of Aggro warrior who played his 2 berserkers on curve and removed all of my taunts without having to trade. Hoping for some fun games to come.
Secrets mage is a pain for this deck, too fast and completing the quest doesn't really solve much unless you're lucky enough to have armor stacked.
Hopefully you'll face more favorable matchups next, there aren't that many hard counters present in the meta imo. If you keep replays with deck trackers I could take a look and see if I can give you advice on decissions.
Thanks man. I have lost 6/7 games against zoolock with this deck, and also strangely came up against Academic Espionage Rogue twice, and they crushed me, too. I was winning against a zoolock at one point and then he played Lich King, got Death Grip and stole my Hadronox lol. Some really strange games so far, I really want Quest Druid to work for me as it's the most fun deck IMO.
add me if you're on EU rcore#2552 cause I think zoo is manageable and I can help you out spectating.
looks like a lot of fun, but i dusted Ixlid, Fungal Lord when Gloop Sprayer came out, and i never had Tyrantus or Hadronox. i would like to play this deck though, looks fun.
Perhaps a second gloop Sprayer can work out in replacement, the concept is very similar and the 5 mp cost is not really that determinant as it's not used to complete the quest most of the games I've played.
I sometimes waste it away as turn 5 threat so they use removal and tempo loss if I have a Stegotron or something good for next turn, but other than that the use of Gloop is similar.
Is it really necessary to run Tyrantus here?
It's really strong VS druid and Handlock.
I'd say it could be replaced, perhaps a Ysera or a Bull Dozer for cheaper alternatives, but the deck is most likely going to lose a lot of strength, Tyrantus plays fantastically with Gloop Sprayer and Ixlid too.
'K he is strong. But what about anti-aggro? Spreading Plague would be nice to fit in here but in substitution for what?
