This is not the most consistent deck you may find but its so much fun.

You want to muligan dragonlord away and play barnes asap with as many dragons in your hand as possible. If it goes well => Profit. This deck is quite good to farm gold. On T1 you usually know if you won or want to play another game.

EDIT: I tried sleepy dragon over sap. It reduces consistency as often barnes have 50% chances to hit dragonlord, but sometimes it puts even more creatures on the board.
