Unstable Portal fuels Spectral Cutlass and any non-Neutral minions made help fuel it too.

Why no Cavern Shinyfinder or a second Spectral Cutlass? Because you don't need them! The way mulligans and this brawl works, trading in all your card give you a very good chance at getting your Cutlass out.

I added Vanish to the deck to deal with Aggro and cheated out big minions.
