Newest version of control paladin.
I see you've tweaked the original list on similar lines as me, cutting out the baby eggs. However I've chosen to run
Would love to see a guide though!
Hey, fellow control paladin player. I'm still trying to have a deeper understanding of this deck. however, personally I thought the one with the dino egg is better. I am having a better result with that deck ( 65% V 77%). Plus, my friend ( the creator of the deck 星辰之沙 ) reached Top 10 EU. so can't argue with that. ( Or I am just bad with this deck )
I really don't like Annoy-O-Modules as a card... I feel like the card just isn't powerful . personally I thought Zilliax was good enough.
Lay on hand over acolyte? You know... I always thought Lay on hand was one of the must have, I might give acolyte a shot? Maybe the deck gets better? Who knows.
But I really dislike double spikeridged in this deck... We don't run Quest and steed is more of the tech card and there are just too many spell breaker in the meta. Teched by some deck you are trying to target with this card.
Just making sure you are talking about this deck
I can see the devilsaur egg version doing better against aggro because it's more early game, but I like going fully with the mech theme - after all that's the big reason to play this deck, hunter has a far stronger egg deck anyway. The Annoy-o-Modules are a more mech-themed early game.
With draw, the problem is that I need the draw most against aggro where I'm having to tempo out my hand, where against control I have hand-space issues because of all the removals, plus I don't want to draw because matches often go to fatigue. That's why I don't like Lay on Hands - if I can afford to spend my entire turn 8 just drawing cards against aggro, I'm likely already winning. I think what it needs is 2x Arcane Intellect, but without that I'm making do with 1 Crystology and 1 Acolyte.
