Worst deck ever? I don't think so. I'm still working on it, but it's quite good now. I'm playing mostly on ranks 5-3. Maybe when I get myself enough dust to make big Priest or Pirate Rogue, I will try to compete in the Legend rank to have some proofs that it's really good (I'm thinking about clips with salty streamers losing for example to the Bloodlust and Electra Stormsurge combo - haven't seen one yet, but maybe some day...)

April 2019 update!

I've finally returned to my favourite deck and since the meta has changed, I'm gathering experience again. It kinda disturbs me making the complete mulligan guide, but I'm doing my best to finish it

Replacements:

1. List of cards you can put into my version of this deck. I don't recommend replacing more than 3-4 cards, but if you don't have for example Loatheb or Electra Stormsurge, you can replace them with one of the following cards:

Shaman cards: second Unstable Evolution (highly recommended) , Feral SpiritMana Tide Totem or Far Sight (instead of Coldlight Oracle), White Eyes

Neutral cards:  Master of Ceremonies, Dr. Boom (i don't recommend this one because you get two 3-mana drops after you play Shudderwock (and you have already played Thrall) instead of 4- or 11-drops), Azure Drake, Elise the Trailblazer, Zilliax, Tar Creeper (instead of Stonehill Defender if you meet more Aggro than Control decks).

2. I've recently realised, that Bloodlust does such a great work here and I'm even considering putting a second one here. If anyone likes experimenting, you can do it, although I personally think that it would do nothing most of the time because of no minions on board and would be a pretty bad topdeck

3. Cards that were played in this deck before - Gluttonous Ooze

This list will be expanded if i find some other cards which are really good in this deck

Keep in mind that most of the examples written here are just experiments and I've never tested any of them except Tar Creeper and all card draw ones

Matchups:

Old Best - Odd Paladin

Now with all Odd Paladins playing Never Surrender! this matchup has become much harder to win

The best matchup for this deck, as you see, is Odd Paladin. Why? Fire Fly and Healing Totem played on turn 1 and 2 stop the whole early pressure from  Silver Hand Recruits, it's also nice if they are followed by Tar Creeper or Stonehill Defender on turn 3. Also, if you have Corridor Creeper on your hand, you can use your Evolve (even with Electra Stormsurge) early. You also have cards like Lightning Bolt or Lightning Storm which totally counter this deck (Bolt to delete Raid Leader or Steward of Darkshire and Storm to delete army of Recruits, even those buffed with Level Up! or Quartermaster.

Update: Big Priest - New best?

Update - New great matchup? I've returned to this deck recently and since Big Priest is one of the best performing decks right now, i've faced him in 3 out of 8 games so far and I won all of them (my only loss against Big Priest was when I didn't have Loatheb; it was about half a year ago). Let's look how can we beat it. The main win condition here is Bloodlust - you build a board of small minions, then you play Loatheb, followed by Bloodlust. Obviously, you have to avoid the situation, somehow, when your opponent builds a wall of Obsidian Statues. Other situations that can happen are when your opponent rolls Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound, The Lich King, Ragnaros the Firelord or Archmage Vargoth. You kill the first one of those and hope that your opponent doesn't have all the resurrection stuff, you don't care about the other ones (although it's kinda bad when The Lich King rolls Death and Decay). You can consider killing Vargoth before your opponent gets to 6 mana, but only if it doesn't cost you too much

Worst - not known yet, but probably not Pirate Rogue - the ability to hide behind taunts from Kingsbane and delete earlygame minions with Lightning Bolt and Lightning Storm should be enough to have 40-45% winrate

Old worst - [Heal]Zoolock

(This one's kind of outdated, but I'll leave it here because reasons)

The worst matchup for this deck is Zoolock. 5 games lost (very fast) and 6th won on 1 hp left. Why? Simply because Odd Shaman has too low amount of board clears to delete 3-4 minions each turn, and you have no early game minions which are able to deal with Flame Imp or Happy Ghouls put on board on turn 1-2. Really nobody plays with any kind of Demon Zoolock, everyone plays with Healzoo, using no cards from Wild in it. Demon Zoolock with an army of Imps, Darkshire Councilmans and Knife Jugglers would be much easier to stop. Druid is also a very bad class to play against, with OTK on turn 7-8 or Master Oakheart on turn 5-6 .

This deck's biggest downside is, that it's unable to delete big minions while you are losing board and can't just kill them with Bloodlust or Fungalmancer as it does with "medium" ones
