Here is the Grim Patron deck I'm using right now. 

Quite a standard Grim Patron but I added Rotface for obvious reasons and also the Dyn-o-matic . Helps deal with minions or even trigger your own Grim Patron/Rotface. 

Loatheb helps protect them and is usually standard in this deck.

I did not need to tech anything specific such as Skulking Geist or even any silence. I faced one Jade Druid but I still managed to outvalue him. 

Still very low rank with it but I'm yet to lose Between 25 and 21. We'll see how far we can go. 

Definitely very fun to play patrons again!
