Why is the The Runespear there? Is it actually needed or can I switch it out for something else?

don't get how dis deck fights with over 30 hp. mbe Haggatha is the only RandomGod's messenger here

Control mage does the same things but better.

Unfortunately this Deck is useless at higher Ranks (5 to 3). Loses against Combo Decks and even Heal-Zoo due to helping their Lightwarden with all the Heal (especially with Keleseth on Turn 1 with Coin :( ). Overall too much Overload, too slow against Combos like Togwaggle and OTK Makygos or Mecha’Thun

Every combo deck, every Warrior and any kind of Deathrattle Hunter smash this deck, anyway it's cool and balanced list ;)

A really fun alternative to control Shaman if you don't like the Shudderwock vibes. Runespear is one of my favorite cards and does an entertaining job here. Played some games with the deck, check them out;

The only thing I found awkward was the mass of 3 cost cards. It did feel like the Feral Spirit could come out for Chain Gang or Giggling Inventor, have you experimented with anything like that?

What? A deck which is fair, interactive and not based around spamming the board? Not a chance in the current state of this game. That's a shame.

I wouldn't think so, but it is quite useful in my experience. You could replace her with say, ysera or something similar

Since this is a "metabreaker" deck, it will most likely not be any good at climbing with in lower ranks.
I can see this deck be really good against Zoo, odd-paladin and even token druid. All decks with ~55-60% winnrate. They are played alot.
Personally i do not like decks that do not stand a chance against certain archtypes but I can see this deck doing really well at rank 10 to legend. 
If you have 80% winrate against the decks that you are up against 80% of your games, it does not matter if you have 10-20% winrate against the other 2 out of 10 games.
