They never see Mecha'thun coming. I manage to pull off the combo every handful of games, but its the surprise that's the sweetest!

The combo:

The idea is to keep ripping through your deck, provide answers for opponent's early game or threaten the board with turn 4 Greater Emerald Spellstone

Subject 9 refills the hand for a Greater Emerald Spellstone. Remember that Stitched Tracker can pull out extra copies for you!

Edit: I recently added Zilliax for added survivability and surprise burst.

Edit 2: I addedKill Command to help with removal or the final burst in a more aggressive match.

Edit 3: I removed Professor Putricide and replaced it with Bloodmage Thalnos. If you can hold onto your two copies of Kill Command, it represents 12 damage from hand + 2 from the hero power.

Tech choices:

 Mossy Horror helps deal with pesky Paladins, Giggling Inventor and Spreading Plague amongst others.

other tech options for this deck could be Skulking Geist, Spellbreaker or Blood Knight
