Mulligan:

always keep: Tracking, Loot Hoarder, Devilsaur Egg

vs aggro: Candleshot, Flanking Strike (keep only when you have sth to play earlier)

vs control: Stitched Tracker, Deathstalker Rexxar

when you have good mana curve: Play Dead or Terrorscale Stalker (when you have deathrattle on board)

Sidenotes:

Spider Bomb is not the most important card to keep but if you don't have anything better keep it because it might help against both aggro and control. When you already have it you might also go for Fireworks Tech.

Card Replacements:

Houndmaster Shaw -> Stitched Tracker (not the best replacement but it can give you more value that will fit to the situation)

Deathstalker Rexxar -> any big value card like Savannah Highmane

Zilliax -> Giggling Inventor (it won't heal you but it's a good defensive tool)

Cards that might be included:

Goblin Prank - Easy way to trigger deathrattle minion

Corpse Widow - good stats and effect can make this deck faster

Necromechanic - can give you more value from deathrattles but it's too slow

Cairne Bloodhoof - another great deathrattle card

Blood Knight - Divine shield? not any more...

Strategy: 

vs aggro: Fight for board control. You can focus on going all in on Devilsaur Egg plan or stick to removing opponent minions with Candleshot and Spider Bomb. Hunter don't have many ways to heal but Deathstalker Rexxar will provide you everything that you need: +5 armor, Board clear and hero power that can give you Lifesteal minion or taunt. Zilliax can be attached to mech or played alone to provide a little bit of healing  and give you more time.

vs control: you should win most of those games. Just focus on getting a lot of value from deathrattle minions. Remember to play around board clears or things like: Polymorph, Hex and of course Silence. When you will get Deathstalker Rexxar just use hero power every turn.

Tracking - this will help you to find important cards like Deathstalker Rexxar vs. Control Decks

Houndmaster Shaw - it helps in getting back control over the board.

Deathstalker Rexxar - Infinite value 

Zilliax - healing is super important 

Mossy Horror - Counter Giggling Inventor, Spreading Plague and all little minions. It can also enable Devilsaur Egg.
