Make Minions Great Again!
I love playing minion based control decks! I don't like aggro because it can be too repetitive, and I don't like decks that do nothing for 15 turns and then kill the opponent.
I made this to have something "fun and interactive" while also being made so I feel I have a chance against both aggro and some combo.
We have a lot of "clear" cards:
Let's SAY that you don't have any board clear, you can often stay alive for long enough to find it by play your early taunts that slow the game down. Lone Champion and Tar Creeper are effective at both being very effective bodies for the cost, and they are all great cards in the late game after your Lady in White has been played.
Generally, this deck won't have much on turn one. Usually I try to mulligan hard for a 1, 2, 3 drops against aggro, and try to get Lady in White against control/combo.
If you aren't killed early then your Prince Keleseth and Lady in White generally make it so that every card you draw has 5+ attack.
Current Ideas for Changes
Currently the card that 'feels' like it isn't carrying it's weight is Crystallizer. The only condition where it feels impactful is when it is the only early drop and you are prepared to pair it up with Inner Fire, Power Word: Shield, or Unidentified Elixer. I originally like the idea of the armor because it would let me to heal on turn two, but I don't really seeing that being effective. Removed 8/13
I'm considering adding the following cards:
Stonehill Defender - Scales well in early and late game.
Saronite Chain Gang - Pairs well with both Prince Kelesethand Lady in White.
Primordial Drake - Goes great with Lady in White and acts as another activator for Duskbreaker while also being a decent clear itself for the end game.
Omega Defender - Mostly because with Lady in White with 10 Mana Crystals it becomes a 16/6 taunt for 4 mana.
8/13 - Removed Crystallizer and added Wax Elemental. I found I didn't want to give up an early drop, but I wanted something with more impact. The divine shield/taunt have been great at buying time to draw the right cards/removal.
Thanks for Reading!
This is probably one of my first decks that I created from scratch with moderate success, so please let me know what you think I could do to improve it!
