The deck was theorycrafted a longtime ago when Necrium blade was revealed, I'm sure many people had their own idea to make the combo work, but this is mine, and I think the deck works well enough.

Here's how the combo work for people missing it:

Have Necrium Blade at 1 durability

Play Kobold Illusionist > activate his deathrattle as often as possible. (don't forget you can also shiv him/ backstab him for one more) with cards like Necrium Vial and Necrium Blade, with the help of Preparation

Then Sinister Strike Eviscerate *2 for "usualy lethal"

1 Malygos:  26 damage
2 malygos: 41 damage
3 malygos: 56 damage ...

I thought for a while that double Necrium vial was overkill, but with loot hoarders this is effectively draw 2...  so you can cycle them away if necessary.

Myra's unstable element might be overkill, but it's a nice hailmary if you need to draw only one more piece of the combo.

Only 1 sinister strike because it's a bad card, unlike eviscerate, and you don't want to be stuck with 2 in your hand in aggro match-ups.

Maybe once the meta stabilize, if both druids and warriors ar eboth popular, you can justify putting two.

In the meantime just use necrium vial for more damage.

What's important with this deck is to remember to use your minions to not get stuck with the full combo but having to rely on RNG to hit it.

Also you don't always have to do the full combo to win. Keep in mind you can just play malygos for 9 mana and prep one /both of the evisc for still good damage.
