Twig of the World Tree I see this as necessary in case you are forced to play Aviana Kun to live, you have a second way to win the game.

Ultimate Infestation 1 vs 2 copies is debatable... often sits dead in your hand as overdrawing a combo piece is not an option. 

Juicy Psychmelon [/card] seems better (at least as a one of) since it is controlled draw, and doesnt tend to overdraw as much. (But [card] Malygos and Aviana can never be drawn together)

Poison Seeds this got better since Boomsday with Magnetic, since silence effects got better... and this isnt a direct targeting spell.

Gloop Sprayer not sure if this is extremely good or a possible delete. Can lead to 4x+ Malygos but is situational in that it is best if you have used damage to stay alive and need the spell damage.

Biology Project Debatable inclusion. Ramps your worst enemy, which is aggro.
