you can build this same deck more stall orientated as well with genn in it. it doesn't have to look like an even lock to use genn. I have seen some very promising looking versions that closer resemble control. 

I will be trying both versions if I pull mecha'thun though.

 Out of a hundreds of games I played in standard and wild, only a handful went to fatigue. People think this is a control deck, but it is about putting early pressure on board, with the upgraded hp, and wear your opponent down quickly. This is a control deck if you are playing against aggro, thats about it.

i feel the answer is no, cause even lock is a early pressure deck with giant drake and hooked reaver, the action is happeing between turns 4-8 kinda. i think the for mechathun you need a more control-ish list
