Mulligan:

always keep: Flame Imp, Voidwalker, Mecharoo, Soul Infusion

vs aggro: Vulgar Homunculus, Amani Berserker

vs control: Doubling Imp, Piloted Reaper

when you have good mana curve: Demonfire, Void Analyst,Hooked Reaver and Lesser Amethyst Spellstone (only against aggro)

Card Replacements:

Mecharoo -> Kobold Librarian 

Felguard -> Saronite Chain Gang

Piloted Reaper -> Fungalmancer or Spellbreaker

Amani Berserker -> Acid Swamp Ooze

Cards that might be included:

Soulfire - more cheap dmg

Dire Wolf Alpha - buff your little demon guys ... sadly wolf is not a demon

Dark Iron Dwarf - Solid stats and effect

Leeroy Jenkins - when you want to be more aggressive

Deathspeaker - good when you want to trade and protect a minion. works really well against aggro and midrange decks.
