My version of the Mecha'thun+Bloodbloom+Cataclysm combo.

I've seen a lot of others utilize Genn Greymane for the cheaper HP, but I'm not convinced those lists can draw their whole deck from that alone.

Instead, I've employed Hemet to thin your deck, and a heavy Demon package to grind to fatigue.

Not restricting the deck to even-only allows the use of Voidlords, Mal'Ganis, and the Skull to pull them down.

Obviously you want to draw a Bloodbloom before playing Hemet if possible, but there is the Demon package that can win on its own maybe.
