Update: Deck is working great! Kangor's Endless Army resurrected mechs seem to come back with the Val'anyr deathrattle ... surely a bug, but crazy value!

One question: why is Crystalsmith Kangor under "magnetise board threats", when he's not a mech?

You don't need to keep early game mechs vs aggro decks
The curve in this deck looks sort of out of whack; chillblade and steel rager in particular seem mediocre, and playing maul is almost certainly better than truesilver.
Chillblade Champion is a staple in a lot of successful Ashmore decks due to the charge & lifesteal, it's a huge swing turn when buffed with a Val'anyr. Also bare in mind healing can be doubled with Crystalsmith Kangor so it opens up the opportunity to immediately get value out of him.
I'm definitely testing the water with the Steel Rager but with the new magnetic synergies you can easily pop a devine shield on him and have great buffed damage on board.
Truesilver, again, synergises well with Crystalsmith Kangor and becomes effectively a 4/2 your hero is immune when you attack.
Ashmore Paladin is generally about surviving into the late game and pulling off crazy Val'anyr buffs as opposed to too many early game buffs.
Why add a mecharoo? the joe-bot would be resurrected by kangor's endless army. Also, I recommend adding corpsetakers for mid-late game threat/value/ Other than that, the deck looks great!
Totally aggree, oversight on my part, I naively assumed every mech would get a little magnetised but those are a bit too weak in hindisight. Thanks for the advice!
It's been a while since I've runCorpsetaker in Ashmore as I opted for more rush/charge synergy pre-Boomsday but it makes sense with Zilliax. I've thrown in 1x Corpsetaker and 1x Steel Rager as I think it'll be a tasty magnetise target, especially when buffed.
