Basic Plan :  Play Augmented Elekk + Seaforium Bomber to give 2 bombs to your opponent. ( 2x Bomber = 4 Bombs = 20 Face Damage )

Then use Research Project to make your enemy draw his bombs.

Also this deck dont need Aluneth ( Self-killer , bad for tempo ) Because you have stargazer luna with cheap cards , research project and arcane intellect.

Every other plans are same as old tempo mage deck. ( Have some minions on the board , go face )

Possible Replacements :  Pyroblast - You can take Cinderstorm as well. Really dont know which one is good. There are lots of aggro decks on the ladder so pyroblast will be slow.

Stargazer Luna and Arcane Intellect Package - Maybe Aluneth and 2 cinderstorms here. You dont need Arcane Intellects with Aluneth because you have also 2 research projects. 

Augmented Elekk - Seaforium Bomber : Nope! This is main idea of this deck. ( But you can cut one of them to take Cinderstorms as well. )                       

If you dont have Aluneth and Stargazer Luna give a chance to arcane intellects and research projects together. I'm in curiosity.
