Hey guys
I've decided to make a deck based of the 'shuffle' mechanic since rogue got a lot of support this expansion. Here I'm going to try and explain how you should play this deck and how to win with it.
Winconditions:
Against aggro/tempo: Basically, since you're playing a tempo deck yourself, just do what you normally would do: Keep your 1 drops, make efficient trades like you would do in a normal tempo rogue.
The only difference here is, you can actually play Myra's Unstable Element on turn 5 if you've played Fal'dorei Strider because you'll get all your spiders (basically 12/12 worth of stats). The fatigue won't be a problem against aggro because you're going to win on board anyway.
Against control/combo: This isn't going to be easy to explain pre-expansion since I won't know what is going to be meta, but there are 3 different ways to win:
1. Play a Tempo Rogue and just play how you would normally play against control.
2. Play a 'Poggo'-Rogue where you basically try to shuffle as many Pogo-Hopper's in your deck (kinda like the old jade druid). This is recommended against slow decks that have a lot of health like Quest Priest and any kind of Druid.
3. Play a 'Shuffle'-Rogue where you try to shuffle as many Fal'dorei Strider's OR Seaforium Bomber's in your deck. Especially the bomber is gonna be interesting against slow Combo decks that don't have any kind of healing + most of the time they need to draw a lot to find their combo, which leads to getting the bombs consistently.
I'll make a more advanced guide on this deck once the expansion is out!
When you play faldorei on 4 and myras unstable element on 5 it doesnt work right cause you draw until your hand is full and burn the rest so you probably won't get all spiders
Hmm, you're probably right, but I'm not 100% sure until we try it! But Drawing your whole deck is never a bad idea since you have so many shuffler's you can actually even profit from being in fatigue! I'm only worried about getting run over by aggro since I don't run any kind of defence.
