Since Hemet only destroys the cards in your deck, you can have Innervate+Naturalize in hand before using him.
Two ways to bring the combo after the deck is destroyed: using the 7mana discount from the new Druid card on Mecha'thun, or use simply innervate.

The deck is filled with low mana cost cards to cycle itself as fast as possible
