Mulligan:

Always Keep: Fire Fly, Razorpetal Lasher

Vs Aggro: Backstab, Fan of Knives (mostly against odd paladin or when you have Preparation / Spell dmg)

Vs Control: Shiv or Bloodmage Thalnos (for card draw), Fal'dorei Strider

When you have good mana curve or combo potential: SI:7 Agent, Elven Minstrel, Vilespine Slayer (mostly against control decks and Mountain Giant)

Card Replacements:

Rogue needs healing against aggro decks. You can add more healing like Shroom Brewer. 

Vilespine Slayer - Assassinate (when you are on budget)

Side Notes:

Mossy Horror - really interesting card that can counter Doomsayer, Spreading Plague or any small minions.

Against Control Decks it's not a terrible idea to keep Preparation with Sprint.

Be Careful about Skulking Geist because it can destroy Razorpetal From Razorpetal Lasher (it's bonus burst dmg)

WANTED! is mainly to get a coin to make OTK easier.

Keep coins or Preparation to use them with Malygos.

Combos:

Malygos + Sinister Strike -> 8 points of dmg to opponent face

Malygos + Coin or Preparation + Eviscerate -> 9 points of dmg to anything

Malygos + Razorpetal -> 6 points of dmg to anything

Malygos + Backstab -> 7 points of dmg to single undamaged target

Malygos + Preparation or double Coin (from Valeera the Hollow) + Fan of Knives -> 6 points of dmg to all enemy minions

Cards Explanation:

Backstab - combo enabler or cheap way to remove a minion

Preparation - cheat out a spell or enable a combo

Sinister Strike - finisher

Eviscreate - rogue can easily trigget combo effects. it's basically 2 mana deal 4 points of dmg

Razorpetal Lasher - this provides additional spell for malygos or to activate combo effect

Sap - get rid of anything big. your opponent will have to spend another turn on playing it  

Shiv - cycle and deal small amount of dmg

Fan of Knives - more card draw and you can combine it with spell dmg to kill small minions that were developed by opponent

SI:7 Agent - rogue can easily use this card to deal almost always 2 points of dmg or just play this on curve without combo 

Elven Minstrel - card draw and you can thin your deck so you will have a bigger chance of getting spiders. with a little bit of luck this can give you malygos

Fal'dorei Strider - fill your deck with spiders. more value and you can cycle easily to get those creatures

WANTED! - get a coin that will help you to burst your opponent with malygos

Vilespine Slayer - kill big minion

Sprint - card draw that to not require other card or use of preparation (so it's better than gadgetzan)

Valeera the Hollow - get one more turn to survive until the combo with malygos and gain value.

Fire Fly - easy way to trigger combo effect or sth to paly on turn one

Bloodmage Thalnos - card draw and spell dmg. everything that rogue needs

Mossy Horror - counter small minion played by odd paladin, zoolock or even shaman. it's great against spreading plague

Malygos - make your spells uber powerful
