Mulligan:

always keep: Town Crier, Amani Berserker

vs aggro: Woodcutter's Axe, Val'kyr Soulclaimer, Cruel Taskmaster

vs control: Frothing Berserker, Kor'kron Elite

when you have good mana curve: Frothing Berserker 

Card Replacements:

Darius Crowley -> Cobalt Scalebane or Festeroot Hulk or Bittertide Hydra

Grommash Hellscream -> Bonemare or Lich King (finisher or value card)

Scourgelord Garrosh - Bonemare or Argent Commander

Cards Explanation:

Town Crier - specific card draw and great 1-drop

Battle Rage - huge amount of card draw. this will help you to get more threats

Cruel Taskmaster - proc this on your minions or kill sth with one health point

Rampage - buff your minions. 2 mana 3/3 charge ... seems good

Redband Wasp - great against small minions. specially against odd paladin

Woodcutter's Axe - new fiery war axe that works with rush mechanic

Frothing Berserker - hope that this will survive. Buff it ... profit

Rabid Worgen - use it for value trade

Val'kyr Soulclaimer - good against small minions or with whirlwind effect etc.

Blood Razor - it's good against small minions and it has a lot synergies with a deck (Frothing Berserker, Val'kyr Soulclaimer, Redband Wasp ...)

Kor'kron Elite - easy dmg to face

Militia Commander - use it for value trade. remember to benefit from battlecry

Darius Crowley - great card that can instantly kill sth, survive and get the buff (few times)

Grommash Hellscream - finisher. Remember to keep sth that will deal one point of dmg to it.

Scourgerold Garrosh - interesting card. Few effects in one card. You can have whirlwind every turn for synergies. Get 5 points of armor and great weapon to kill minions

Amani Berserker - one of the most powerful 2-drops. good stats and it can be better when you will trade into small minion

Spellbreaker - deathrattle, buff, taunt ... nope
