Bounce your foes into submission with this awesome Tempo Rogue deck featuring Prince Keleseth & Leeroy Jenkins!
Now updated for Rastakhan's Rumble!
Watch this replay for some massively buffed minions!
You'll want Prince Keleseth and Shadowstep in your opening hand to get things bouncing from the start!
If you don't get Prince Keleseth in your opening hand, use cards like Witchwood Piper to get him!
Play Prince Keleseth, bounce him with Shadowstep, then keep him safe in hand until you get another bounce opportunity from Shadowstep, Ancient Brewmaster, or Vanish (better yet, Preparation/Vanish combo!)
Copy Prince Keleseth with Zola the Gorgon and bounce both of them!
Play Spirit of the Shark and then Prince Keleseth for a +2/+2 bonus!
Take advantage of Valeera the Hollow's passive Hero Power to play multiple copies of Prince Keleseth and the bounce/copy cards!
Finish off your opponent with a massively buffed Leeroy Jenkins!
Buff Leeroy Jenkins even more with Crazed Chemist!
Also be sure to check out the newest incarnation of Bounce Rogue - Pogo Rogue-o!
Oh man this deck is fun! I still mostly lose with it but I've had a few epic games.... in the link with your so-called "massive" minions, you played the Prince a mere 9 times. How about a game with no less than 15 Keleseth drops: https://hsreplay.net/replay/fCzcbspjCzjWFEX3RfqoxK
Love the deck though, my very first play I dropped him 6 times, and hit a 40 health Priest down to 15 with a 14/14 Alex and still lost LOL. My percentage is terrible but I'm having a great time getting there
Yeah, I've always been more about the fun and enjoyment of Hearthstone than being overly concerned with winning.
I love playing with this deck too (and my very similarly themed Pogo Rogue-o deck!) as they're so much fun to play :)
Can you post a good video showing how to play the deck?
EDIT: OH never mind
Don't have videos, but have already provided the next best thing - links to a couple of match replays via HSReplay.net.
Thanks I couldn't see it
Oh
OH
Oh
Never mind about the rotten applebaum idea
Like the idea of using Piper to get Keleseth, but it means that you can't use both 1 mana cost MINIONS and 2 cost CARDS in the deck. If you don't play anything on turn one, that means the opponent can take the lead. What about a Hallucination?
You have a bunch of quite nice turn three taunt minions, which could counteract any early game movement. This is REALLY good. early game taunts like Tar Creeper really stop the enemy from attacking for around two turns, giving you plenty of time to get 6 mana, which could then be used for a Vanish, stopping anything.
Pumpkin Peasant's lifesteal really helps out with survivability, as you said. But there are no card draw minions other than Witchwood Piper and Mimic Pod, which could end really bad. Besides, Mimic Pod is all about luck. You could get two Valeera's, or you could get two Keleseths. But what I like about Mimic Pod in this deck is that it fits - because almost all the cards have low mana cost. Yes, Mimic Pod is pretty slow and too peaceful. If I wasn't thinking, I would have switched Mimic Pod with Elven Minstrel for the extra two minions - but then my Keleseth would have less minions to buff. This is why, in case anyone else was wondering, Mimic Pod is better.
Harrison Jones - I used him before, but quickly realized that in the Witchwood expansion the weapon meta has been completely and utterly jacked. Nowadays he's really circumstantial, and only good against Lord Jaraxxus. IK, when he can be used correctly he is good. But he's simply not useful enough to be good anymore. Use Sonya Shadowdancer instead. She's known to make pretty insane combos, and with your cheap taunts you can easily take control of the board. It looks like she has a lot of synergy with your deck. You can get a ton of Zolas, Stonehill Defenders, Vilespines, even Keleseths, and basically a ton of other sweet battlecries. But be aware - Sonya's effect means you can't play her with a full hand. The opponent will try to take out Sonya first or try to make you burn cards - make sure he can't do either without wasting nice cards before playing.
This is a quite smart deck I bet you stole the Piper idea from someone else, but this is the first time I've ever seen this type of deck looks extremely fun and oh god goodbye 3600 dust toodles
Thanks for the feedback!
Not having any 1 mana minions or other 2 cost cards isn't that big of a deal. Your opponent might take the lead early but with enough buffed minions you can quickly overtake them!
I actually had Elven Minstrel in the original iteration of this deck but swapped it out because it was drawing minions before they had a chance to be buffed.
Harrison Jones has long been a favourite card of mine for the weapon removal + card draw, but for this deck I think you're right, Sonya Shadowdancer would work a lot better! Deck change incoming :)
As for the Witchwood Piper idea, I'd seen Bounce Rogue decks before but hadn't seen one that used Piper to guarantee a Prince Keleseth draw which is why I made this deck :)
After a lot of games played I've made some tweaks to this deck.
I dropped the Elven Minstrel cards and included Pumpkin Peasant for extra survivability.
I've also dropped the Acolyte of Pain cards as they were ultimately proving detrimental to the idea behind this deck by drawing too many minions before they had a chance to be buffed.
In their place I've added a second Vilespine Slayer as well as Valeera the Hollow as her passive Hero Power helps greatly by creating more Keleseths and bounce/copy cards!
I like the Piper/Keleseth idea
