Hi,

I have recently been playing this deck starting from rank 5 with great success. If there are enough upvotes, I'll write a more detailed guide, here's just very briefly how to play this deck:

Well in general it's an Aggro deck, you play a one drop, play Prince Keleseth, go face.The Witch's Cauldron can give you an amazing advantage if you either hide them behind small taunts or play them before making trades. So always keep Prince Keleseth, also some one drop and if on curve Witch's Cauldron. If playing against anything that has early threats, like Rogues, keep Soulfire.

However in case you are behind, theres some combos which help you to come back: Summoning Portal makes Phantom Militia a 1 mana 2/4 Echo taunt.

In the late game, Summoning Portal can do crazy things against against a board with a few minions like Sea Giant, Zola the Gorgon, Sea Giant, Defender of Argus which gives you two 9/9 Taunts plus two little minions.
