I want to share with you the deck I used to climb legend for the first time. I've been playing for a long so its very special deck for me.
You can replace 1x Harrison Jones for 1x Wrath or 1x Ferocious Howl
WHY 2x Dragonhatcher?
I've playing a lot with only 1 dragonhatcher and lot of times I had Oakheart and dragonhatcher on the same hand, making Oakheart kinda useless. I lost a lot vs fast decks with only 1 dragonhatcher and this list give me more winrate than the old one with only 1.

MULLIGAN
For the mulligan you have to think if the deck you are facing is slow (control) or fast (agressive)
Fast decks (all kind of rogue, Odd Paladin, Tempo Mage, Midrange Hunter...): Wild Growth, Ironwood Golem Oaken Summons, Swipe (vs paladín).
Slow decks: Wild Growth, Nourish, Oaken Summons, Master Oakheart (if you have Nourish, but sometimes I did it without Nourish)
- Warlock (most of time even warlock): same as slow decks but you have to keep a Naturalize because giant always is a problem. Naturalize can burn some cards vs warlock :P
STRATEGY
General strategy is ramp with Wild Growth and Nourish and spam big taunts or just play Master Oakheart, who summons Dragonhatcher (who summons a 4/12 or 4/8 taunt on the same turn) and Ironwood Golem or Hadronox. Keep in mind that Master Oakheart will summon Hadronox if you played the two Ironwood Golem!!
After you summon Hadronox, be sure to play more taunts that you can, specially The Lich King. This guy will give you a lot of value, specially on mirrors. After you play Hadronox, most of time you will kill him with Naturalize for insta-value!. When Hadronox dies, Witching Hour gives you another Hadronox for 3 mana only. You can eat the second Hadronox with Carnivorous Cube (I save Carnivorous Cube for Hadronox most of time, but you can use it vs agressive decks on tempo or just for eating The Lich King).
MIRROR: mirror is an interesting match-up. The way you draw and the way you kill hadronox (him and yours) will decide the game. The first I say is Good Luck drawing: the player who ramps, most of time is the player who wins but thats not all. I'll give you some advice for wining every mirror.
- Try to get most value of Hadronox. Be sure to get The Lich King because everytime you kill hadronox, you will have a lich king card. VALUE!
- Try to kill his Hadronox when he has the board full. This will reduce the value of his Hadronox considerably.
- You can see my game to legend (wich was a mirror) to learn how to play vs the same deck as you (but this deck is powerful! because is greedy as fuck =)): https://youtu.be/yROw4D5hLRE
THIS IS MY FIRST GUIDE
This is my first guide guys and I don't speak english so good. Hope this guide can helps you to climb until legend! I'll be updating this guide reading your comments and I'll answer all questins you have.
This video proofs that I hit legend for first time:
How did you face so little Paladins and Warriors?
I can see Harrison being useful mainly against Warriors, or Hunters using Eaglehorn. But without Ferocious Howl and double Dragon Hatcher, I think it'll be harder to survive against Odd Paladins that burst you down, before you even get to ramp to Oakheart/Dragonhatcher etc.
Warrior is easy. You have to play around brawl and use hadronox after he use his brawls. Paladin is hard matchup but I had 50-55wr, always keep ramp cards and swipe. If u survive until turn 8 you win :)
if you run into too many odd paladins cut the 2* [[Sleepy Dragon]] and 2* [[dragon hatcher]] and add more early game taunts and starfall
Guys, I never said I had any problem with Warriors lel. I was just wondering why Harrison Jones was in the Deck, since I don't see too much use in it.
You need to kill them before you would actually need to resurrect Hadronox. This means you need to have a game plan to beat your opponent only up to the extent of Naturalizing your Hadronox for your first and last summoning of minions. I've done this a couple of times, most of the time though, I lose to them. Hahaha
Can i replace one sleepy dragon with Ysera?
You need a taunt minion. Ysera is not a taunt.
How is it going against big hunter? I have a lot of trouble vs that deck.
How to deal with Shaman & Mage who Polymorph orHex our minions making Witching Hour less efficient?
popping your Hadronox with Naturalize
That’s one of weaknesses of this deck. Otherwise shaman gives you another taunt minion, so bad for him XD
Which is why against mage and shaman you only play hadronox once you have Naturalize in hand so a hard mulligan for Naturalize is recommended.
I almost pop Hadronox with Naturalize all the time against Shaman, Mage, Priest, and Rogue (Sap is not fun). The problem is Witching Hour will bring back Sheep or Frog if against shaman or mage and they transformed one of your taunt minion before Hadronox was played.
Play as many taunts as possible before neutralizing Hadranox (it's not only about getting your board full but also maximizing your chance of not getting sheep nor frog). Then next turn you want to play branching path, preferably two copies of it.
If that fails then it's up to RNG of Witching Huor really. As for big spell mage and shudderwock - try saving swipes for burst as long as it doesn't serve a purpose for preserving your board for a higher dmg.
One is enough, but if you only run one, you should also run just one sleepy dragon.
This list is an evolution of the original deck made to be better against control by having bigger stuff, but it's not entirely necessary.
I decided to put 2x dragon hatcher because I had oakheart and dragon hatcher sometimes both in hand and Oakheart lose all value. Anyway, you can run one copy only and replace It for some draw like wrath or smth else. (Guide is coming on 3/4 days!)
Would subbing Harrison Jones for Ysera be a good replacement?
No! Don't do that. Ysera has no sinergy with this deck because you only want to play taunts and taunts and more taunts. You can play Another Draw Card like Wrath or ferociuos howl
Alright, thanks! :)
khm-khm, we need guide bro))
