The deck revolves around egg synergy. Defender of Argus and Fungalmancer? Egg buffers. Sonya Shadowdancer? Egg and buff bouncers, because 1 cost 1/1  Defender of Argus and Fungalmancer sound pretty good to me. Can't find your eggs? Pull them out with Meat Wagon. Need more eggs? Carnivorous Cube will hatch them and give you more. Even without these synergies, Devilsaur Egg is a great anti-aoe card. Big spell mage won't know what to do.

I made the shell of the deck around eggs, and in general, these kind of cards synergize with deathrattles. Dollmaster Dorian for instance can create more eggs and other deathrattle cards on draw, especially if played with Elven Minstrel. Stuff like Cairne Bloodhoof, Loot Hoarder, and Plated Beetle are all solid deathrattle cards. Spiritsinger Umbra can also do a lot of work with these cards, and don't be afraid to tempo play it, because it demands removal, and if not removed, you have all the more mana to make huge plays. And with all these deathrattles, Lesser Onyx Spellstone can do some good work clearing big boards while leaving yours intact.

This deck is not good for laddering, because aggro wrecks it too much, but it's a lot of fun against slower decks, because the type of synergies and interactions are so unusual and your opponent will take a long time debating how to respond to your board.
