07/06/18: Game play and useful information about this deck from Tommy_Wave:
06/06/18: Regaining top 50 with same list
02/06/2018: I hit legend today ( from Rank3 to legend score 20:5) second day of the new season with an insane 80% win-ratio. Odd Pala is ideal for climbing confirmed!
Below you can find stats:
I wish more people played this deck. It's always a free win with Quest Priest. :(
Edit:
A lot of salty Paladins I guess :D
I completely agree. I built a shudderwock combo deck that's undefeated against odd pally, so I don't really mind seeing them anymore, lol. I never liked aggro decks, not having access to any sort of late game and basically just hoping that you're playing around the right board clears to close out games never really felt good to me.
*edit* Not sure why I got the downvotes, are people just mad that I'm not praising the deck? I didn't even say anything bad about, just that I'm not a fan of aggro decks. People take themselves too seriously. :/
Is any type of quest priest good vs odd paly?
Honestly, I'd say most Priest decks are good against odd paladin. Just be sure to include cards such as: Psychic scream, Spirit lash, Shadow Visions, maybe Holy Nova (I use holy nova in a Malygos-Velen ressurect deck) and if you are running dragons use Duskbreaker. And once you've finished the quest and played Amara you've won as they can't apply enough pressure to deal 40 extra damage.
I have not lost a single game to Odd Paly with Priest since it became popular again. Keep it mind that the one card you need to play around is Level Up! and don't be too greedy with your decklist.
what is the importance to play corridor crepper here?
i lost with my odd pally because no corridor crepper, is that card really important?
can you kind enough to explain this to me? so ill changed my mind to crafted it again, even if i just dusted it for a full dust on the last expansion because for nerf.
Corridor creepers are very important on this deck because actually you can play them for free very early in the game. You can trade with them other minions so you can save your dudes for lvl up later. In some other scenarios you may have all your board wipe in one turn and in the next turn you play one or both of them for free ( you keep it in starting hand almost always) and heropower. So from 0 minion you have again 4-5 minions which its very important. While you face classes that run many aoe you can trade low health minions to a taunt and play corridor creeper which will survive a hellfire, defile, duskbreaker next turn etc. It goes without saying that in mirror matches corridor creepers win the game because you can play them very early turn 3 usually. Hope this help and forgive me if you need to spend 800 dust:)
thanks for the explanation dude, maybe this explanation needed not just for me, its also for silent reader out there that wondering the importance of corridor creepers after nerds.
ill try spend my 800 dust, thanks.
if no Leeroy is better to add one more Vinecleaver or a Stormwind Champion
Reckless is even, so no you can't use it in this deck (breaks Baku)
You could try Wolfrider I guess, though it's much less powerful. Witch's Cauldron is a cool play, since you have a ton of dudes dying it can give a lot of value. Stormwind Champion works great to buff your board, or you can throw in an Ironbeak Owl for some silence tech.
Here's a similar deck without Leeroy. https://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1119006-legend-odd-paladin-incredible-pressure

either. there's def a couple builds out there that have one of each. The vinecleaver gives you some burst like leeroy and helps build your board if you get cleared, but the Champ is great when you already have the board.
Adding an owl for silence is a fine call as well.
Hit legend almost with this list. 63 % win-rate, 83 games. Changed Fire Fly on Blood Knight. I don't think it necessary for this deck, but I eat divine shield of hunter's Lone Champion couple of time, pretty good for me.
Good solid deck.
"Insane" "incredible" "amazing" "awesome" "you won't belive", nowadays, you can't find a single article on the internet that won't include those words in their tilte. ...
That's a pretty amazing insight in the problem
The difference from the other articles is that this article speak the truth:)
This is still going pretty strong around 5-3 ranks if you can find a pocket in the meta (EU in may case):

No idea how to post images, as it turns out. Anyway, great deck felt very fluid and usually had options. I wasn't playing full list since I'm missing a creeper, replaced with a Holy Wrath for high roll yolo.
Really sweet list with a lot more depth than I initially thought! played some games with the deck, check them out;
(Games start at 4:52)
Really interested in your thoughts behind the 1-drops as I havn't seen many Abusive Sergeants in odd Pally lately. Do you find this gets the game done quicker so you don't need to rely on having more finishers like Stormwind Champion/Vinecleaver.
Thanks for the list!
First of all i want to thank you for your time and the really good job. I really appreciate.
As for Sergeants addition the idea was to have tools that can help the deck for the early trades without sacrifice other minions. On the later stage of the game Sergeant and blessing of might can help Leeroy to give the final blow.
The deck was created and used for fast laddering. 5-8 minute games with a good win-ratio was what i looking for and the deck doesn't disappointed me.
As appealing it might seem, my local meta laughs at this - Taunt Druids, Quest Warriors and Cubelocks everywhere :C
