Well met!
Been a while since i brought to you something that is not just a derivation of meta decks so I would like to change it. Meta is slowly shaping out and we can see a lot of Even Shame-ans on the ladder as well as some Odd Rogues in contrast to pretty greedy control decks. My goal was to make something which works against both of these strategies.
Aggro Rush Warrior
Why Warrior? Well it definitely got the best rush package from the last expansion. Rush is a super powerful effect which allows us to value trade directly from hand and gain tempo advantage. This is especially great in matchups with board-centric decks. For slower decks we have pretty standard charge/weapon package well known from last years pirate warrior meta. This deck worked really well for me and I didn't find any matchup to be ridiculously difficult. Deck is easy to pilot and I can recommend it to players of any skill level. Give it a try and let me know what do you think.
Thank you guys for upvotes! I'm starting to work on a guide. Hope I will bring it to you soon. Stay tuned!

Hey, thanks for the deck! I'm loving it. I'm not super experienced at this game yet, but I thought I'd throw my minor tweaks out there and see what you guys think.
For more draw, I added:
1x Forge of Souls and 1x Town Crier
This helped a lot in my opinion, but the other thing I felt like this deck was missing was some cheap taunt to protect some of the "glass cannons" it produces. I hated seeing a buffed Bloodsail Raider get destroyed before being able to attack anything, or seeing a Hench-Clan Thug get murdered before reaching some nice buff levels.
So, for a couple of cheap taunts, I added:
2x Shieldbearer
To make these changes, I removed the following:
1x Reckless Rocketeer, 1x Dire Mole, 1x Redband Wasp, and 1x Upgrade!
I'm still experimenting with it, so we'll see. But I'd still like to hear your feedback if you think what I added is good, or if what I took away is bad.
Well the obvious one is Leeroy instead of rocket grill, and then I would cut 2x of the pirates, not sure which one, would need some testing to play Darius and Greenskin or some hydras if you don't have them just for maximum pressure.
I plan to craft Leeroy Jenkins, but for now I run, believe it or not, Mortal Strike! :) Two games I would lose for sure without it. It goes over taunts (but dies to Counterspell).
I got Darius Crowley from packs. A nice addition, he's nothing special or irreplaceable, but usually provokes a lot of hard removal (and mana / board / tempo waste for your opponent). He's replacing my 2nd Fungalmancer, because 2 of those are usually polluting my hand (and mulligan). Two of them early in hand is gg (no full (double boost) usage most of the time; but he is really great for activating Explosive Runes, or avoiding Explosive Trap).
As some people noted, card draw is the biggest problem of this deck. It's not needed, but it improves your life a lot!!! I run 1 X Battle Rage + 1 X Forge of Souls. Plus, I crafted 1 X (for now) Town Crier instead of 1 X Dire Mole. Breathing easier with these, confirmed.
Two other mentioned cards I put in by replacing 1 X Bloodsail Raider and 1 X Upgrade!, mainly because I don't have duplicates of those yet (hesitate to craft bellow epic classic cards). Bloodsail Raider doesn't perform badly and Upgrade! seems essential. As you often deal the most damage to the face with the weapons, extra life and attack is crucial (for Arcanite Reaper). Not only that, the only chance (if you have any at all) against Paladin, especially Odd Paladin, is Heavy Axe 1/3 weapon + perfect draw/mulligan. I managed to win one game vs. Odd Paladin, and I'm quite proud of it. :) Very bad matchup, but it's hard to do anything about it. If you would remove a Pirate card, feel free to replace Southsea Deckhand, you already have a lot of 1-drops, and he isn't so important (but will be, once you remove him ;))
Regarding the results of this deck, in the beginning and with the initial set of cards, it was quite negative. Plus misplays. With changes and additional cards, more experience and by getting feel of the deck (curve), it all started to be much, much better. With this deck you sometimes win and sometimes loose. It will not do wonders (and why would it as being a budget version). Before starting to spit on the deck, one needs to learn what to mulligan, what to drop on turn 2 vs. each class, when remove / trade and when to ignore and go face, when overcommit / spread and when not, when to kill Woodcutter's Axe, when to wait or sneak 1-drop for Fungalmancer boost and on which target to waste your one and only Spellbreaker...
Anyhow, it started around 30-70, now it averaged 40-55 win rate (60 games). I moved quite a lot on the ladder, but there's still a lot to see. What is important, this deck can kill various decks!!! This is aggro not tempo. So, once you start the game you feel like lost in the ocean, just you and your thirst for some face. A lot depends on opponent's bad draw, his disregarding you and not knowing what are you up to. This feel of danger (of removals / blockades in the air;) is the main source of fun from this deck. You can lose easiest nameless matchups (like me), and brutally destroy huge meta decks! I achieved 2-2 vs. Odd Rouge (in my opinion, on its own, simple budget Tempo Rouge is better/easier to handle then this Rush Warrior) and what I'm the most proud of: 4-1 vs. Cubelock! I have trouble to even compete with Cubelock when using my better decks, still I managed to obliterate him 4 times whit this funny deck. Secret mage: 10+ wins (no heavy taunts makes it easier). 2-3 vs. Spell Hunter, 1-0 vs, Kingsbane Rouge, 2-1 vs Tempo or Strider Rouge, 3-3 vs this new Token Druid, 1-0 vs. Zoolock, various wins vs. Pirest (4-2 Redband Wasp or (4-6 Militia Commander, after weapon boost), etc... Strangely, I encountered Shaman only twice, from the same player. I lost the first game brutally, and won the 2nd one easily (by correcting mistakes). Where this decks struggle is, of course, vs. Paladins, heavy control taunt decks like Taunt Druid and Quest Warrior (Druid / Warrior armor is gg), although I almost won 1 game vs each, but got really unlucky.
We all don't know how good Rush Warrior is or how will be (waiting for the next expansion, that's why I hesitate to invest more in it now, by crafting Scourgelord Garrosh, etc...). so this version is the best one to test it. Except card draw, initial set of cards are all all right for the purpose which is trying to achieve. Other cards I would like to test are Rampage, Commanding Shout, Glacial Shard and Azalina Soulthief. I don't expect too much. Countess Ashmore seems slow. What else is there?
Great post, thanks for the tips and results. I'm trying out the Darius Crowley and card draw options, we'll see how it goes but I like the rush potential.
Could you post the deck list for this version?? i got confused with replacements -_-
So, you said you currently use Mortal Strike. What did you drop from the deck to add that in?
no card draw, that is a terrible mistake.
which "non-budget" cards could replace some budget ones?
there all budget cards so not sure what you are asking.
I hate to be the' this deck is bad' guy but....legend player 2-8 in casual. Lost to every meta deck horribly. The plays were just too inefficient to deal with the power level and defenses that are out there. In theory, rush should handle taunts but I ended up having to cash in 2-3 minions to get through most taunts and then do not have any finishing power. Maybe its power level is fine as a f2p but as a normal deck trying to compete in this meta....not nearly good enough.
I modified then deck and took Upgrade! away and put Countess Ashmore since it can draw the Woodcutter Axe and the other rush minions. Is this ok?
How did it work with Countess Ashmore?
Just wanted to say, Battle Rage can work wonders for hand refill.
Good deck for the dust cost, definitely viable. Would suggest if you have the extra dust to throw in the Spellstone, works great with any weapon strategy and can be a win condition in a meta when win conditions cost tons of meta.
I keep running out of cards after 6-7 turns. What do you guys do about card draw or lack thereof?
The idea behind pirate/aggro warrior is that you can kill them before you run out of cards just because of sheer tempo and face damage
Yeah, I played 6 or 7 battles with this deck but the fact most minions are rush rather than charge meant that they were easy enough to get rid of for my opponent before being able to go face.
Just curious, why no Frothing Berserker?
I tried Frothing and my conclusion was that it is slightly worse than other 3+ drops for this deck purposes.
I have Crowley, leeroy and greenskin, I'm swapping the rocketeer for leeroy, but what other cards to cut?
