Overview:

Let me just start out by saying this deck looks like a meme but there's more to it than first glances. A strict warning is that this deck is DIFFICULT to play.  It has multiple win conditions against different classes and requires a different play-style each time.  I've played this deck a lot to get good at it and it only struggled a bit against the meta decks before the nerfs, but it was never hard countered.  Now post nerfs, it is a massive meta changer and hardly anyone knows it yet!

Mulligan:

In almost every match you'll want to hard Mulligan for your ramp like Wild Growth   Innervate and Oaken Summons

If you know you're against an aggressive deck, you'll want to have your Spellstones, Wrath, or Swipe as well as Oaken Summons

Against decks that cheat out strong minions early like Warlock Mountain Giant, I keep a naturalize just in case (you may use your naturalizes, it is not your only win condition)

Basic Combos:

First basic combo is milling your entire deck until you reach fatigue.  If you were able to be aggressive enough during the match, you can do a 15 damage combo with Togwaggle and 2 naturalizes.

Second basic combo is naturalizing your opponent until their hand is full, then swapping decks after you've drawn most of yours.  This can make you instantly win against combo decks or just give you a deck that will easily outvalue your opponents.

Third combo requires your Twig of the World Tree your Azalina and Togwaggle.  Pull this off and you win 99% of the time.  I've been seeing a lot less weapon removal so I've been able to pull this off a lot more times than you'd imagine.
First you play Togwaggle after most or all of your deck is gone (make sure your twig has 1 hit left before mana refill). Then you have 2 mana leftover to do whatever you want (preferably use your naturalizes).  Then smack with your weapon to refill your mana.  After that play Azalina to copy your opponents hand including the King's Ransom.  Now your opponent can't swap back without you swapping back immediately after.

Against decks like Mindblast Control Priest, don't be afraid to change your entire strategy to just defensive armoring up.  They draw so much that they'll fatigue themselves.

Edit:
I made it to top 10 now with this deck!
