Finally got it! It took about 10 tries, I only had one Archivist. Prince was able to hero power in the match I won but I had one Sacrificial Pact in hand so was at least able to have a 50/50 chance.

Please note that as soon as Prince Malchezaar appears, he always have 10 Mana (regardless you destroy Nazra before turn 9) and his hand always includes Twisting Nether.

After he uses his hero power, at this point you have 1/3 chance that Grand Archivist casts sacrificial pact to the prince. However, if you have one sacrificial pact in your hand and use it to one of his abyssal then play Grand Archivist, your chance would be 50% (just don't draw two sacrificial pact, otherwise restart it).

Yeah. they recently updated it so that it would work.
