Shudderwock made a huge splash in the opening days of The Witchwood release, but has all but disappeared from meta lists. However, some players have continued to experiment in attempts to refine and recapture the early success of this Legendary shaman minion. With assistance from Hemet, Jungle Hunter, this deck helped Lightman from the EU server “get to the good stuff” much sooner so he could show off Shudderwock’s late game closing power.
I’m still experimenting with Hemet decks, and I found this one to be a bit more competitive, since it tune the murmuring elemental package.

what do you guys think about substituiting zola with a murmuring elemental to somewhat guarantee the endless chain?
Is it recommend to play Hemet as quick as possible vs control?
I've played about 10 games with this and it's pretty fun! It has a tendency to overdraw, and hand size becomes a real problem especially when you're in DK form. I'm thinking of going -2 Acolyte of Pain, but not sure what to add...
Defender of Argus? Volcanosaur?
I found the same issue with hand size, since spending removal in this deck to avoid issues often blocks out your Shudderwock play next turn if you're in late game, which can be disastrous.
It is a ridiculously fun deck, since Hemet helps get around bad late game draws for the most part. Usually good early draws of your 3 or less cost minions is a good indicator of how your match will go if you play well and don't run into any bad draw streaks (like drawing Hemet or Shudderwock last, or Overloading into Shudderwock turns.
I haven't figured out a better solution for Acolyte yet, either. Sometimes it's a dead card in hand.
